Bill DeMarzo is a caring practitioner who takes great pains to match your hearing loss with the appropriate device that will best help you.
The service does not stop when you receive your hearing aids and the trial period is over. Bill is there to make sure that the devices are working properly, are free of debris (ear wax) and makes adjustments to the hearing aids to reflect your hearing changes over time.
I have found Audio Optics to provide great service. As a musician, it is especially important to me to be able to have hearing that enables me to perform in public. I also substitute teach in three school districts and it is important for me to be able to hear and understand my students. Bill has done an excellent job of trying to make that happen for me and this is with a difficult hearing situation with my ears (there is a marked difference in hearing loss in my right ear vs my left.
