Dr. Bushnell is extremely thorough, honest and reasonably priced. I also heard her partner vet in the next room telling a guy that an expensive procedure was unnecessary for his dog at that time. HONEST! Plus the whole staff really cares.

Dr. Bushnell is amazing… She and her caring staff have assisted us with the passing of our old friend, as well as car of our new friends. They are kind, punctual and reasonably priced for the area.

Dr. Bushnell and her friendly, warm and knowledgeable staff have made my dog a much more comfortable mutt.
Dr. Bushnell took her time and gave our dog a complete examination, literally looking over every inch of him. Our dog was quite calm through the process and took to the doctor quite nicely. The topper was the bill – I’ve never paid so little for such a thorough examination. This exam uncovered some issues that, went unnoticed by us and the vet we saw previously, and best of all, helped us find an inexpensive way to treat it. I could not be happier with our choice to see Dr. Bushnell.

We highly recommend Dr Bushnell. We brought our 17 year old kitty to her for the first time recently. Her manner, caring and competence put us at ease immediately. We appreciated her unhurried approach and the subsequent follow-​up phone call regarding the blood test results. Her staff is also very helpful and cheerful.

Dr. Bushnell and all of her staff were very caring and informative. I was very concerned about my dog’s mouth surgery. Dr. Bushnell called me as soon the procedure was finished and reassured me through the whole process. She was also very affordable. I would definitely recommend this vet!

Dr. Bushnell and her staff are the best! They made time for me in between appointments on a Friday afternoon for an emergency fox tail removal. They were kind, compassionate, and very professional. Many thanks to them for the great care and service. Dr. Bushnell will now be our vet.

Dr. Bushnell and her staff have been nothing short of excellent in my limited experience. I’ve had my dog, Willis, for just under 3 months now and am fortunate to have discovered them so early via Unilocal search. Everyone in the office genuinely cares about your pet’s welfare, and Dr. Bushnell has, on multiple occasions, gone above and beyond what I would consider the norm. She even went as far as to contact the company producing the dog food recommended by Willis’ breeder just to answer my basic and uneducated questions. I won’t take him anywhere else!

I love Dr. Bushnell, she is the best. Our dog had a horrible rash that would not go away, all the other Vets had no idea what was wrong. Dr. Bushnell knew what it was and treated it perfectly. We have been going to her for 8 years now.

A hidden Gem! We have been using Dr. Bushnell for YEARS (11+ years) and she is truly the best Vet in town. We currently live in Poway and drive all of our critters to Encinitas for her gentle care. She is reasonable, honest and very knowledgeable!
