Cat Dillon, RHN, helps clients restore and rebuild health by assisting them in creating strategies for personal empowerment and lasting habit change.

Diet is individual, foundational and detailed to include targeted help with identifying nourishing, high energy foods, honoring hunger and fullness, self-​sabotage and many other common scenarios.

Digging deeper, Cat is able to uncover hidden stressors at the root of client’s health complaints by gathering information through discussion and written assessments. Additionally, she is certified to utilize functional lab testing to provide better clues and insight to their health issues.

Cat engages clients using a systematic, step-​by-​step approach, addressing lifestyle, environment, diet and other factors and offers a practical, comprehensive program that supports function and balance of hormones, digestion, immune system and detoxification ability.
