History

Established in 1990.

Michael and Susan think of themselves as negotiators first and trial lawyers second. They specialize in civil employment, business/​contracts, insurance, personal injury and aviation cases. They always work as a team… so you get two experienced attorneys for the price of one!

In over 35 combined years of practice, they have a broad range of experience in Plaintiff/​Defendant employment, business/​contracts, insurance, personal injury and aviation cases.

The attorneys at Curran & Curran Law take great pride in zealously and honestly advocating the legal/​factual issues, but remain sensitive to the practical, financial and emotional issues which are almost always a part of a legal dispute.

Business Owner

Michael has over 25 years of Litigation and Business Experience in Contracts, Labor/​Employment, Personal Injury, Aviation Civil Litigation and Legal Dispute Resolution, as well as assisting dozens of other businesses/​companies with their legal concerns.

I have counseled and lectured to numerous Fortune ¹⁰⁰⁄₅₀₀ company CEO’s on Employment Law, Litigation Management/​Prevention and Resolution. I have served the North and San Diego County courts for over 10 years as a Judge Pro Tem and Settlement Conference Judge and have taught as Adjunct Faculty for Mira Costa College as a Business Law Professor.

I have also served numerous times as a legal expert commentator for KUSI and other local television stations.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Law and Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law as well as an Airline Transport Pilot and Flight Instructor Certificates.
