Emerald is the true definition of Customer Service. Emerald was recommended to just pick her brain about concerns I had. After talking to her for about 30 minutes I learned so much about home buying that I knew I wanted to work with her. She was very attentive, professional, and passionate about her work during the whole process. She helped me find a great lender that took good care of me. She went above and beyond doing the seller’s job to make everything as smooth as possible. I honestly believe if it wasn’t for Emerald I would not be living in the home I wanted. We were referred to Emerald by a close friend and it turned out to be an amazing experience. Emerald is very professional and she is there to help you at any time, if you see a house you like at 9:00 pm she’ll probably go meet you right then and there. We were stuck on a lease at the condo we lived at when we found the house we wanted. Emerald went ahead and found a person to take over the lease so that we could move in to our house. She has a lot of knowledge on what she does and she’ll answer any questions you have with no problem, she will tell you straight up of an area is not good for a family. I loved that she was our agent to buy our first home and I recommend her to any one!!!

We are first time house buyer and just got the keys this week. We feel lucky that we came to know Emerald and have her as our agent. Emerald is a very professional and hard working agent. She was able to monitor the market and provide us every property information that fit our criteria within hours they came out, we never have to worry about missing anything we want to see. After she found us the house, she represented us with great cover letter and offer package, that directly made us the top choice for the owner among multiple competitive offers. She was then able to negotiate with seller, got our offer and credits that equity nearly $ 40k lower than the asking price. During the transaction and escrow process, she provided us very organized documents and answered all our questions. She was able to review our settlements and questioned the escrow company and reduced our escrow cost by $ 500. Emerald totally earned our trust and make our house purchasing experience very smooth and easy. She even worked restlessly helping us in leasing the property out after we closed escrow. We are very impressed how well Emerald knows about the market and how hard she works everyday to get the best for her clients. Just finalized the purchase of our 2^nd home in San Diego. Being a previous homeowner it was very hard for me to settle and lower my expectations for our new home. I am a person that knows what they are looking for and did not want to settle. I met Emerald at an open house in January and she was very friendly and very memorable. I kept her card and called her in April when we were ready to start our search. When we first started looking we didn’t really know what we wanted and were we wanted to live since we didn’t know the area. Emerald was very informative about the areas and where the best places for us (a family with young children) should look into. I really appreciated that she would let us know what places were not good for us to purchase because of our young daughters. Anyone else would have easily just gone for the sale but not her. She cared about where we ended up and she did not try to rush us at all. Even though I was very picky she would work with me and did not get frustrated. It took us about 6 months to finally find something and the entire time she was very patient and very helpful with the entire process. When we finally found the house we wanted there were other offers on the table and she went above and beyond to ensure the agent knew how much we wanted this house and got it for us. We would sure recommend Emerald to anyone buying or selling. She has been the best real estate agent we have dealt with. I would work with her again and would encourage anyone to do business with her. She truly cares about her clients and their family and her work reflects it!

So we are getting the keys to our home today from Emerald. I told myself to write her a review. I thought it would be a quick 3 minute recap; however it took me a little bit longer than expected. Not that I don’t have anything to say, I just want to make sure to give her proper credit for being such an amazing real estate agent.
In this hot real estate market, information is king; and Emerald is extremely skill at moving and accessing information. Anybody can go to Zillow or Redfin to search for properties; however Emerald able to get our first dip in properties/​listing that not yet available to the public and sometimes other agents. I would say 3 out 4 properties that she was showing to us fall into that category. As the result, we are able to find our dream home and Emerald was able to help us negotiate the price and sign our contract after 2 weeks.
Regarding accessibility, Emerald is great at getting back to us no matter how late it was. She is also a walking Angie List /​Yellow Pages with incredible connection to any home-​related professions. She also attended every single inspections during escrow and even let us skipped out on couple of them. It was a nice to be able to take a mini 2 days vacation with my wife during this time. She made us feel like we are her number one client.
If you are a first time home buyer and with Emerald, you will become an experience, savvy buyer. And if this is not your first time, you will be glad of how much easier it is for you compare to your previous buying experiences.
My wife and I are very pleased that we got introduced to Emerald and we definitively will refer her to anybody in need of a great agent. We are loving our new house and will absolutely with no doubt use Emerald’s service again in the future.
