History

Established in 2013.

Tom Lyttleton has been doing real Estate in North County San Diego

for over 20 years. Dissatisfied with working the corporate structure

and the red tape involved getting loans processed, he set out to

create his own company.

He brought in two equally respected senior loan officers that carry the

same ideals and values to provide the consumer trusting, experienced

and knowledgeable loan officers that are willing to look at all possible

loan avenues for the best rate and deal there is out there for our clients;

whether it is for residential, commercial, land or construction project or

refi, rehab, short sale, and the list goes on. We are there for you.

Tom’s Family moved to Carlsbad in 1972. Tom was first licensed in 1978 and worked for Joe Parisi at the corner of Carlsbad Blvd. and Carlsbad Village Dr. (ELM). Yes the liquor store used to be a Real Estate Office! Prior to founding Maverick Realty Funding Tom tried working for a couple of the larger «mortgage banks». It was a good learning experience but Tom knew there had to be a better way for experienced Loan Officers.

Tom has played golf since a young age and loves the game. He’s played all around North America from Victoria, British Columbia, to Torrey Pines, TPC Sawgrass to Banff Springs, Alberta. He’s never seen a golf he didn’t like!
