Ability Computer Experts

I called the phone number provided and I am not sure if I reached someone locally or if they outsource their call center to India… Anyway, that was yesterday… They took my information down and said someone would call me back, but I have not heard from anyone yet. Not the best impression so far… What if I had an emergency? Looking for other local computer technicians now.

Would not return calls, then when I finally got ahold of Jared was told we only do small or medium business without even checking if I was a business.(We are) I would pass alone on the way he handled the phone call. He must have too much work!

Excellent service at an excellent price! My wife and I were having problems with our email function, and nothing we did (even calling our service provider) could make the program work. As a last ditch effort I did a search online and Jared’s name popped up. In the span of one hour he was able to work his magic off-​site with the help of a program that allowed him to see my computer screen remotely as we spoke over the phone. After surveying my settings he called the email domain (AT&T), and after the usual wait on hold listening to 70s canned music Jared finally spoke to a service rep was able to help us with what turned out to be a password issue. I’d like to think that I’m smart enough to handle most computer problems, but this one had me stymied. Right up from the get-​go Jared presented himself as a very capable, professional and friendly source for anyone who is in need of a helping hand, and his price for service was more than reasonable compared to other computer gurus that I checked with. I would definitely call Jared again if I had a computer problem I couldn’t handle, and I have no reservations in recommending him to family or friends. Unless you have a physical problem with your computer hook-​up and wiring that requires someone to come to your home or office (which Jared will do), call Jared and let him tweak your system remotely while speaking to you on the phone.

My computer was possessed by the devil :(Jared came out of his way to fix it (aka, exorcise it). He was fantastic! In less than an hour Jared identified and fixed mulitple problems.
We’re not talking any easy fixes here. But he made it all appear simple. My DVD-​ROM drive refused to work, Norton Security had frozen my system from downloading drivers, it wouldn’t connect to our WiFi or our wireless printer… it had turned into the computer from hell. And it’s only 1 ½ years old!
Jared came prepared. He not only fixed all of the above mentioned problems, he also downloaded better security software for us (free!) and cleaned up our hard drive. He even checked our connection speed and did a few other upgrades as well.
I trust ACE Computer Experts. Hands down. Jared was knowledgable, professional and efficient. If I ever have the need for a computer repair in the future, ACE will be the first place I call. I highly recommend anyone with computer needs give him a call.

Jared stands by his work. When he installed a new router and modem in my office and the printers did not recognize the new «address» the next day, he connected remotely and made sure everything was working properly. This guy is great. Came to my home on short notice to help fix an emergency, great service and very fair prices. It is a relief to have a good reliable computer guy — kinda like having a good auto mechanic and a good hairdresser!
