I couldn’t be happier having Charlie’s down the street from my house. They have a great juice selection and solid prices on gear. Got my RX200 and a Mutation RTA there and have been loving it. All the guys working there are super helpful and friendly and do great builds. If you’re in the valley hit up Charlie’s!

Just stopped and checked this spot out. Right away greeted and they stopped what they were doing to help me out. I believe the guy’s name was Anthony and Jay? (Sorry if I got it wrong) either way place seems cool. Small with a good selection of juices and mods. Only grabbed a juice and battery but will definitely swing back bye soon to hang and get a build. Thanks for the help. Definitely recommend checking this spot out!

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I moved over to Encino about 6 months ago. Drove by and figured I would give it a shot. Now I will go out of my way to go there. Charlie the owner is a very nice guy. Anthony, who is there all the time is the main reason I go. Very cool kid. Hard worker. Very knowledgeable. And incredible builds. I’ve been to several places where I ask for a build and they blow me off and say «your build is fine. I’ll just change your cotton. Anthony is the complete opposite. I ask for a cotton change and he tells me «I’m just going to give you a nice fresh build.» That is what I call good customer service. To top it off, builds are free when you buy juice, which I will add is priced very well. I could go on but I will end my review with that. Friendly staff. Friendly owner. Helpful people. Great selection. Great prices.

Charlies Vape Bar & Lounge is the BEST vape store that I have been to in the San Fernando Valley, and I have been to a lot of them. The owner Charlie is such a nice guy and you will become friends with him immediately. Once you purchase something, and at a great price for a retail store, they will rebuild your RDA’s and the place is such a great atmosphere to hang out.

We all price shop online and in other Vape Shops. Today I got the SMOK XCube 2 today from Charlies, every other Vape Shop sells it for $ 129. I paid $ 95 at Charlies, this is the online price, and I am guaranteed it is a genuine SMOK item, not a fake. Get the picture. If you see it cheaper. It is probably not real.
I am very product and price savvy. When I get something at Charlies, I never question it. He does business the old fashion way, he sells at a fair price and you become friends not just customers.
Lastly. Most Vape shops are more like Juice Shops with old antiquated equipment. Charlies is a real Vape shop with great juices and the latest and best equipment. He doesn’t carry knock off junk!

I have been vaping for a while now and I think this is the best spot by far. Usually when i go to different vape bars/​lounges and stores i see the people who just go there and hangout for a while and I always think to myself do they not have a job or anything?
Now I understand why this place is super chill and cool. The owner is very down to earth and you can talk to him forever. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know.

I have been to many vapes shop in the area but Charlie’s different. Their back room is a vaper’s dream. Total trick & competition room not to forget their best pricing in town. All their mods and ejuices are by far the best priced in town. That’s where I shop for my ejuices and hardware. Finally, if you want a rebuild for your RDA just ask for the Charlie’s special fused Clapton. Did I mention they don’t charge for rebuilds. Awesome shop great staff and above all Kris and Anthony have been amazing help and avid vapers.

I’ve been vaping for years and have been to many different vapor bars/​lounges in the valley and this is by far the best one I’ve come across. Super friendly people! Like, seriously, Charlie is the nicest person you’ll ever meet! Great flavors! And an awesome atmosphere to just relax and take a vape. Not to mention their prices beat every shop in the valley. I’ll be coming here from now on for my vaping needs and I highly recommend this shop to anyone from beginners to experienced vapors.

The store staff are great, very informative and patient, I am super picky when it comes to eliquid, they did not have any flavors that I liked except two; one that they were out of (unicorn puke by Lost Art liquids) and the other was a bottle owned by one of the staff, it’s called Uncle Phill by Cloudwerks. This is by far the best eliquid I have EVER HAD, it tastes like strawberry pop rocks with whip cream, please start to carry this product because it is SO SO GOOD!!! If you carry it, I will buy it twice a week and I’m sure everyone else will too!!! So please stock the 5 flavors from Cloudwerks and restock your Unicorn Puke too, thank you.

I come in twice a week to restock on juices and won’t go anywhere else. What’s really cool about this shop is that Charlie is meticulous about which brands that he carries, supports, and sells. You’re not going to get any b-​grade, untested juices here… Charlie won’t allow it. Not to mention the prices are the best around.

I started coming to Charlie’s about 2 weeks ago.
The juice selection is amazing about 30 brands at the best prices in the region. Their box mods are even better priced. Their builders are out of control. Check out the zipper build they put on my rda. Over all it is a place to check out. The lounge in the back totally private and the front bar is spacious and comfortable unlike most vape bar. Definitely a shop to follow.
