BB’s Smoke Shop and Vapor Bar

My girlfriend came here and got me a vape pen for Christmas. After about thirty minutes of use it died and so we charged it with the charger it came with, only it never charged. We thought the pen was broken but when we brought it in they said it was just our charger that wasn’t working. However, even with a receipt they wouldn’t exchange it for me. I understand having a no exchange policy if you changed your mind about something, or wanted to try something different, but when you sell a product that’s defective right out of the packaging, it’s common courtesy to take care of it.
The guy tried to sell me one for six dollars, and when I said I’d look online instead he pulled out his phone to prove to me it wouldn’t be cheaper. He didn’t seem to understand that I didn’t care about the price as much as I cared about buying it somewhere else. Why in the world would I buy another charger from the place that sold me a broken one when I know FOR A FACT that they won’t take it back in the event it breaks too.
Save your money, go somewhere where they’ll take care of you and sell you things that work.

This place is amazing. First time i went to this place i was greeted by BB one of the friendliest person you can ever meet. She was very knowledgeable with her products and their juices are amazing with very affordable price. They do great build and all in all this place is very relaxing and great place to chill in their vape lounge. This is the only place i go to for my vaping needs and never failed to disappoint me.

I’m conflicted as I type out my review of B. B’s. On one hand this place has a fabulously stocked store with up-​to-​date inventory and plenty of it. The young man and the very pretty woman were so incredibly nice, I never felt awkward or out of place like I often do in other vape shops. There was an air of honesty and trust inside the walls.
On the other hand, I don’t want to share this perfect secret shop with anyone else. That’s not how it works, though. So I say, «GO TO B.B.‘S AND FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF WHY it is my new go-​to vapor shop for all my needs»
