Been coming here since they first opened. If you’re looking for a chill ass environment and people. Tvs all over the place and by far the best builds I’ve ever had. Boris makes other Vape shops look like a joke with his skills.

Me and my boyfriend came in yesterday as first timers. The selections were amazing and the store seemed like a very chill underground shop. I loved the atmosphere. Christian was an amazing night help. He recommended many juices, and had us sample. He was very helpful and enthusiastic.

Love this shop. Boris is the man, knows his stuff he will recommend the right set up according to your needs, never pushy or sell extra things you don’t need, also have great juice selection. tho I can find things cheaper online but I often prefer to visit this shop because of great customer service. Highly recommended vape shop for vapers of all levels or people who simply just want to stop smoking and have a healthier alternative.

Went in cause I wanted to quit smoking spoke to Boris he was super patient being I did not know much about vaping I had a lot of questions and he covered every single one of them helped me pick out my set up. also did a fantastic job building my tank and my rda they blow massive clouds I love it! I highly recommend this shop just for the simple fact of customer service, not to mention they have great deals, one for every day of the week! Good selection of juices I couldn’t of asked for a better shop to live down the street from.

Definitely go to this vape shop. The place is really nice and the people are amazing. Boris fixed my dripped in no time and they have a wide selection of delicious juices!

I was mile away from my friends house and I was in desperation to use the bathroom (number 2) and I needed juice at the same time, found this place on Unilocal half a mile away, the gentleman was really nice and knowledgeable and I told him I will buy a juice I really need to use the restroom, did my thing felt ten times better.
But 15.35 for a 15ml?! Cmon that’s really expensive! But he let me poop so I was happy with that.
Other than that the place is really chill and is set up very nice.
I will come back again.

Newbie to the vape game. A coworker gave me her old pen, I just needed to get some juice. Decided to check this spot out…& I’m glad I did.
Good selection, weekly specials on juices & accessories, flat screen with the games on the wall & a little chill section with bar seating & couches. Dude behind the counter (forgot his name cuz I’m the worst with names) was very friendly as well & didn’t mind that I was bombarding him with questions & indecision.
Definitely coming back.

Fair juice selection but bad prices.
Also, they have failed to stock very very common replacement coils for nearly whole weeks now. That’s just unacceptable for any vape store that intends to stay in business.

Cool spot for buy two get one half off. Not a lot of great deals but when they have juice it’s a plus

I found most of there hard ware to be a bit too pricey I understand there trying to keep the doors open and all but I compared prices and there is a large gap, another complaint I have there not to helpfull they should be giving people the knowledge and tools to rebuild your own coils but instead they choose to be greedy and keep you coming back for simple builds to collect a measly $ 5 dollars .I started vaping because it was supposed to be a cheaper healthier alternative to smoking but instead I find myself getting taken advantage of every visit in this shop.

Great selection of juices. They didn’t have the nicotine level I wanted for the one I usually get. I get The Tsunami in 12ml (Frozen Watermelon). They suggested I get the G-​35 which was like a frozen piña colada. Great suggestion. Will be back

Just called the shop today and asked which was the better battery, between the mxjo and the lg he4. The guy over the phone told me, I’d get the lg he4, we’re out of the mxjo. I asked him again, «yea but which ones are «better»? He then proceeded by saying «the mxjo’s if your into that thing, by 300 mah.» I was going to buy a battery there anyways, but after that answer decided to go somewhere else.
That was my second bad experience at that shop. My first was when I bought two ballistic tsunamis e-​juice. I came in around 7pm. Having bought it before on one of their discount; two ballistic juices for $ 10 each, I thought I’d get the same deal. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The person at the counter told me the discount doesn’t start til after 10pm. In dire need of juice, I bought it anyway, without the discount. Couldn’t wait 3 more hours. After buying 2 juices, I asked for a cotton change and he told me it was going to be $ 2.
I’ve been to other vape shops in the valley, (Northridge vapes, Bodega Vapes, and Caught the vapors) and every time I bought 2 or more juices, they always give me a cotton change.
Aside from that, they seem well knowledgeable in vape equipment. I asked their opinion on temp control and they gave me great answers.
Overall they have a pretty good juice selection, a variety of the newest vape equipment, and a well knowledgeable staff. However, IMO, their customer satisfaction sucks.
I understand «business is business and rules are rules»… but customer satisfaction should count for something right? Can’t wait till Northridge Vapes re-​opens up again!!!

If I could post negative stars I would… I walked in before closing and the girl at the counter said hurry up we close soon… After I asked her. Simple question I consulted my friend with me and noticed the girl at the counter rolled her eyes and sighed looking at her friends or other customers… I thought this was severely rude and walked out. Not cool at all

Very friendly staff. Great service. Great selection. Very reasonable with their prices. Great place to chill and relax.

I had the most amazing experience at this Vape shop. I felt that Boris loves what he does and really liked sharing his vast knowledge. I learned so much. I didn’t want to leave. I’ve been vaping for 3 years and never felt comfortable hanging out in any shop I have visited before. Boris made me a customer for life!!!

Very nice Vape Bar with an excellent selection of e-​juice and a very knowledgeable owner who runs the place.
Sells everything you could ever want to vape, owner will steer you into the right direction. CHeck this place out. it is worth your time and money. This place is the CHEERS of VAPE Bars!

Definitely my favorite ship in the CSUN area.
Pros: great service, decent parking, decent selection of juice, decent selection of merchandise.
Cons: (only reasons why it’s not a 5 star review) Wish they would have some higher end mod selections. Few more juice lines, I’m sick of every shop having the same branded names.

I actually found a good spot to buy juice. The service isn’t your typical hipster scene and they always have what I need. Tuesdays and Sundays are, «buy two get one free.» I will NEVER go back to Northridge Vape or The Vapor spot…

Amazing shop, probably my favorite so far in the LA area.
Boris helped me out and got me some amazing juice and a new RDA with a super clean build. Great selection of juice, mods, and batteries, all with good pricing. Check this place out you won’t regret it.
