ABC Shuttle

Great experience with ABC. I used them for travel on 10/​28/​2015 from Denver International to downtown. They arrived at the curb at exactly my pickup time. The van was clean and smelled better than most shares rides or cabs. The driver was nice, wasn’t a maniac driver, and engaged me in pleasant conversation. Price couldn’t be beat. Service was timely. Staff was nice. ⁵⁄₅

ZERO STARS. They had one single raggedy van that runs back and forth from downtown Denver. I waited an hour and still no shuttle? U could walk to downtown Denver in that time. Everytimei called they told eat was 5 minutes away. The customer service guy can barely speak any English and has the worst attitude for someone working in a customer service industry. I ended up taking a cab to my hotel. Do not be fooled and book them.

Called to make a reservation. Couldn’t even understand the guy who answered the phone and he asked that he call me back to see if they could even schedule my pickup. Never called me back!!! BAD BUSINESS!!!

ABC gets the job done but it’s a hassle dealing with them. I’ve used them twice now because they were the cheapest private ride to the airport I can find. They picked me up on time and got me to the airport but that’s about all I can say. They’re really disorganized in the office, this last time I used them my flight got moved up a week so I rescheduled my shuttle for a week earlier, too. They picked me up, etc. but the next week (when I had been originally scheduled) they kept calling me to tell me they were waiting at my apartment despite having picked me up the week before. Coming home my plane was delayed, so I called the office to tell them to delay my pickup – which they confirmed and even repeated back to me. Somehow the driver was never told and kept calling me (while I was still in the air) because he was waiting around for me.
They advertise their vehicles claiming that you’ll get a luxury SUV for a private ride and both times they showed up in ratty vans that smelled like smoke and had random broken parts in the interior. They don’t help you to your apartment with your bags or anything, they just take them off the van and take off. Bottom line is you get what you pay for, if you want the cheapest trip to the airport you can get, go with ABC. If you want help with your suitcases and don’t want to hassle miscommunications don’t call them. I doubt I’ll call them again because I don’t feel confident that they’re actually going to show up when I need them because of the mix ups I’ve experienced.

ABC shuttle and their parent company Shuttlefare suck! Please DO NOT USE THEM if you can help it. I booked online to be picked up from Littleton to the Airport on labor day September 1. I was given all the confirmation numbers and reminder emails for pick up from my house between 6 – 6:15 pm for my flight at 9:15 pm. I called ABC shuttle at 5:50 to let them know I was ready and waiting — no answer.
I called at 6:15 since no one showed up and spoke with a rep that claimed to be the manager. He asked for my confirmation and reference numbers and after a long pause told me he could not find my information in his computer. I offered to chatter him to take me to the airport as I had to be at work the next day. He categorically told me his company does not work on labor day and could care less how I got to the airport. He was kind enough to give me the number of his parent company — shuttle fare, who according to him were responsible for my dilemma. I called shuttlefare and
no answer. So I sent them an email explaining what had happened and reminded them that booking online was a contract they signed with the client and that they had violated that contract and asked them what they expected me to do next. Below is their response — they sound like I had intentionally cancelled my reservation and even have the audacity to request my business next time — (only if there is no other form of transport left on earth). No apologies, no nothing, just plain nonchalant.

HEED THE OTHER REVIEWERS WARNINGS! DO NOT USE ABC SHUTTLE! THEY ARE BAD NEWS! I flew to Denver to attend a conference. I made a reservation online for a round trip shuttle to/​from DIA with no clear idea of the total charges. A change of plans caused me to cancel my return shuttle trip to DIA. I made ABC Shuttle aware of the change via both phone and email. They responded nicely via phone. Yet, when I requested a receipt, they charged me $ 90.00 for a one-​way shuttle from DIA to my hotel. I emailed them again and they promised to credit me for ½ of that trip: $ 45.00. They did as they said yet I just found out they overcharged me AGAIN. They should have charged me $ 14.00 for my one-​way shuttle with 4 other passengers, not $ 45.00!!! I have since found out that they have scammed several other peers of mine who attended the same conference.

Do not use this company — They showed up a half hour late for my scheduled pick up and almost missed my flight. I tried to call the phone number 4 times to see where they were and no one answered. The shuttle van smelled terrible and sounded like it was going to break down on the highway. The driver did not apologize or speak one word during the ride. Just a terrible experience — Find another service!!!

DO NOT USE ABC!!! I booked a round trip ticket (paid by CC online at time of booking) and received a confirmation email stating that my pickup time was Monday morning between 5:30 — 5:45 AM. On Sunday night at 9:30 PM I received a call from the «night manager» at ABC saying he was going to pick me up instead at 4:00 AM. Because of child care reasons I was not able to leave that early, and was not able to make arrangements just a few hours in advance. The man was very rude saying that it didn’t matter that I booked a shuttle for 5:30, if I didn’t want to get up earlier then it was my fault. He said he would cancel my reservation and he hung up on me. I’ve never experienced someone in the service industry who is so anti good customer service. Frankly I don’t know how they are still in business with that customer service model.
I ended up driving myself to the airport. A week later I noticed that only ½ of my money had been refunded. I called
since I booked through them. They said it was my fault because I didn’t cancel the return trip (even though the guy from ABC said he was canceling it). They were also very rude and not understanding. Ultimately they submitted a request to ABC and I got my full refund, but what a hassle. I would never use either service ever again.
They are not reliable. What you book and pay for in advance is not what you will get.

So i booked the shuttle before i got to DEN. The driver even gave me a call on my cell when i was waiting on my bags to tell me he was there. We got our bags, walked out, saw the ABC car, got in, told the driver where we were going, and we took off. Then the driver, texted me that he was still waiting — yes, we apparently got in the wrong ABC limo. The driver looked very scared and called his manager right away. But they did the right thing, did not turn around, and took us where we needed to go. Very nice, clean ride.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! I booked a reservation with them almost 48 hours in advance and paid at the time with a credit card. This morning I missed a call from them (was at a wedding brunch with the bride and groom and it was over an hour before my shuttle was supposed to arrive) saying they could no longer send a van and would need to send an SUV instead. When I did finally get the message (as I was waiting during my allotted window for pick-​up) I called them immediately and was told my reservation was cancelled. Even though I had paid in ADVANCE and had a confirmation number they cancelled on me at the time of pickup. The owner was incredibly rude, and hung up on me. He even called me back in a very threatening manner after I had called the main number to request a refund. This business left me in a distressed, stranded position and I am very upset thinking about the experience still. They SHOULD NOT be recommended on your website as they are not a reliable or credible service.

Never confirmed. Never called or picked me up. But charged my credit card for $ 74. When I called said they did not want to pick me up because I was only 1 person & they did not have anything available.

Five stars for my driver, Frank! The whole company would get 5 if not for some confusion with the mobile website not stating they don’t do shared rides after 10 & no confirmation of exact price when booking the reservation or in the follow up email. We had to go off of the starting point for the hotel’s zip code. Very fair of Frank and beyond terrific that he still came & got me even though it fell out of the regular parameters of their normal services at the time my flight got in, 10:30pm. Very friendly and personable. Made the trip fly by. And he left me in silence when I wanted and was checking out trip stuff on my phone. Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend them.
