Total ripoff! In a nutshell, driver told police officers he would move our son’s car off the accident site for free. All was well until I pulled up and the little weasel driver decided he needed $ 20. When I said that was ridiculous (He had just said in front of myself and the two policeman that he wasn’t charging), he bumped it to $ 60. I was furious because my son didn’t have the money and he was totally trying to rip me off. And, he wouldn’t release his car off the back of his tow truck until I paid. I haven’t been that upset for a very, very long time. I hate when people try to take advantage of others… Next report is the the Better Business Bureau. This company should either fire this driver or be closed down!
