My vehicle was vandalized outside my home in August and it was pretty significant damage. My dealership no longer has a body shop, so I asked everyone I know who they would recommend and they said Hopps Auto Body.
I will admit I am kind of a car snob and über picky — wash it by hand, know every inch, every scratch, every tiny imperfection and I have to tell you that Hopps genuinely respects this mindset and has treated me incredibly well throughout the repair process.
The damage was extensive, two fenders, ALOT of polishing and repainting, paint blending with a 3 stage paint, trim to be replaced — the attention to detail by the Hopps staff exceeded my expectations — they literally thought of EVERYTHING!
The level of communication throughout the entire process was exceptional, the staff were genuinely friendly, kind and sympathetic to my anxieties and made me feel comfortable leaving my vehicle in their care.
Regardless of the type of car you have, you can completely trust your «baby» to them.

I had dealt with Hopps in the past & was very satisfied but this time July
2015 was a big disappointment. My car was there over 45 days. My car is a 2013 Hyundai Elantra that was returned to me filthy, glass all over and a rear side window that has a film of dirt that I’m trying to clean off.

First rate customer service. Timely repairs and accurate and reliable service. I hope I never get in another accident but if I do I will have the peace of mind to know that I can bring it somewhere I trust.
