Great service. I’ve been on both sides of car deals and know it’s a frustrating situation especially with used cars, the team over at auto brokers made for a simple and easy buying process. Ron bought me a Tokyo Joe’s after also picking me up from train station so I could pick up the car. best car buying experience I’ve had. Highly recommend. Also put many repairs into the car prior 2 purchase, which was great. Genuine customer service.

I’ve been searching for a Subaru for about two weeks now and I’ve test driven many cars with many private owners and professional dealers in that time frame. I worked with Gary, Kristin, and Ron, and all were fantastic individuals. They were comfortable to deal with, honest, and took the time to explain things. They weren’t pushy and understood what I wanted. I didn’t feel I was dealing with used car salesman at all! After test driving the used car I noticed that it did have several minor issues. They agreed to fix the items, and after 2 – 3 hours all was fixed. I paid what I wanted to pay, got the car I wanted, and they worked with my Bellco loan easily. What a pleasant experience!

I needed a new truck for my business. I called these guys on Tuesday and here I am signing my papers. I told them whAt I needed and boom I had it. Super great price I will be buying more trucks in the future and will use this vendor again

*I’m re-​writing my entire review in light of the tantrum Gary threw at me after my first review. Calling silly names and threatning lawsuits. He wants Unilocal AND carfax shut down. Wonder why. Don’t bother reading his inaccurate insane rant below. Ok so, we arrived at the lot and my stomach sank. It’s a shabby building on the side of the highway, in a sketchy area. May as well be on Colfax. The cars had so much dust on them from the road you could write your name on them with your finger. The office was old and gross. The 3 staff members who interacted with us did no more to encourage my confidence as well. I also don’t like a $ 399 dealer fee. I felt like this was the kind of place people get swindled. I did some deep digging and some people say they had. But do that research for your self. If a business is successful it reflects in how they present themselves. If you start in a small crappy lot, but do things right, you should be able to move to a nicer location and have clean cars. Someone who freaks out on people who write bad reviews and tries to intimidate and discredit them, must not be able to afford to lose any business at all. My personal opinion is that I would not buy a car from someone like this. Big red flags all over the place. But do some research for your self. Good day–

Gary helped me get a first car, a 2002 Toyota Corolla, about 4 months ago. I was referred to him by my father, who has worked with him and both of our experiences with AutoBrokers and Gary has been great. I often recommend him to people because he was and is so helpful whenever I call him, giving me useful information and pointing me in the right direction of someone who can help me at a fair price. Gary even talked me out of getting a more expensive pick-​up truck that my dad and I were talking about getting because he could see that a Corolla was much more appropriate for my lifestyle and much cheaper in gas. I trust Gary and I would recommend him to anyone.

I really hate to do this, but I feel that other people should know the truth about this place before wasting their time like I did. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from here you’ve probably checked out their better business bureau report as well as looked them up here on Unilocal.Yes there is a reason they’ve been in business 30 years and have 0 Unilocal reviews as well as 2 negative hits with the BBB. I found a car I was interested in on Craigslist went there test drove it drafted the loan paperwork and everything, however before making the purchase I decided to have the car undergo a quick pre-​purchase inspection and that’s when things got weird. They seemed very uncomfortable with me taking the vehicle to anywhere except the body shop next door, but I insisted. Once the inspection came back there were only minor things that they found but Gary was unwilling to even look into any of these things. First he claimed the problems didn’t exist then he said he would be adding $ 500 to the price of the vehicle to have them repaired. This was all after telling us they would take care of things one day then when we take off work to finalize the purchase, completely changing their mind. I spent about 20 minutes alone with Gary in the car while sill considering the vehicle and listened to him rant on and on about all of the unfounded negative reviews that had been written about auto brokers, that they are even considering suing Unilocal over this, they have obviously paid to have these removed. He even informed me of a long court battle they undertook with a previous customer. Go with your gut feeling, if it seems like the dealer is a complete dirtbag, he probably is, I wish I would’ve done the same. If I could rate 0 I would.
