Excellent customer service from the office to the team on the field. Chris was quick to the point with out all the bs. Came out gave us a estimate. killed the competition and started the job within 72 hours couldn’t ask for anymore. Got the job done as explained time wise and all and now we are back home happy go Getty with out the mites Thanks so much guys for making this is experience a good one and not a nightmare as I heard from other people that termited their homes with other company’s.
If your looking for a great company to get the job done without damaging your home or roof check these guys out I promise you won’t be disappointed.

We had called him after Orkin told us we needed to have our house tented and then we had a termite infestation actively going on

I can’t rate his work because he left before we could even get the inspection completed. The home owner was running late because of Friday traffic. The appointment was at 3:30 in which Chris showed early and did the inspection on the outside of the structure. By 3:45 he was already upset that she was not there. Subsequently, the home owner showed up at 4:00 and Chris left… let me know that he doesn’t want our business. Customer service goes along ways.

My husband and I have never dealt with tenting a house before. We figured we had termites and began the process of getting 3 estimates. We picked Chris and so very glad we did. He supported us through the process to make it go as smooth as it can be. We found Chris to be fair and honest. Chris and the team were on schedule both before and after the whole procedure. Chris and staff took the «scary» out of dealing with our termite problems from the moment I called their office. We needed damage repair; his carpentry staff was outstanding as well. In a heart-​beat I would recommend CALuce. I needed a termite certification to sell my place and I waited a little late in the process to get that going. I called around a couple of places and CALuce was able to come out the quickest, and even after a couple of bids they ended up being the cheapest for a whole house fumigation. I needed some repairs, but I had to hire an outside guy to complete those. I got the certification and the house sold so it all worked out.

I am on the board of directors for my HOA. My community had all 65 residences in 18 buildings fumigated by C.A. Luce over a 3 month period. C.A. Luce did almost everything. They even help us save money by rebagging for residents that did not do it right. They were on-​point, attentive, knowledgable, professional, and personal. It cost less than the other fumigators and I am convinced the service was just as good and probably better than any other supplier. We spoke to a number of community managers and leaders before we went with Chris and his staff, and I will tell you we got a great job done for the best price. Fumigating is not an easy task, it is not comfortable, it is not fun, so try doing it for a community with over 200 residents. We got it done and because of CA Luce it was a very tolerable process. I recommend all my clients who need any termite work or an inspection have C.A.Luce look at their house. So far all my clients have had only good things to say. Chris who does personally supervise recently helped an older client who had probably a hundred potted plants all around the deck of their home. Chris’s team went the extra mile and removed the plants and worked around a bunch of issues that the client was concerned with. CALuce did not charge extra for this. He also has competitive prices and doesn’t up-​sell what’s needed. He also recently went out of his way to meet a client and do an inspection even though he had something person lined up that Friday at 5:30 to 6:00 PM.

Chris is a down to earth guy and straight shooter, no marketing nonsense. He also is so confident of the work he does, which he personally oversees, that he gives a 3 yr guarantee that the termites will not return. He gave us plenty of plastic bags to protect the stuff that he recommended was wise to do. He has also been in this game for a long time so knows the games that other companies play, since he worked for one before he decided to go into business himself. He is very knowledgeable about the gas this is used in the home during the treatment and what it will do.

I’m a military guy with a home that I used to live in but now rent out after being stationed away from San Diego. Everyone knows the challenges of home ownership, imagine the challenge from being in another state or another country.
I called Michelle at C. A. Luce based on Unilocal reviews and boy am I happy I did. Chris added my inspection in on the same Friday as I called and according to the tenant was amazingly thorough. They said that they had never seen a service company provide such a tremendous attention to detail. After I got the report, Chris called to follow up and gave me an even more detailed description of what he looked at than what was extensively covered in the report.
I’m in my 50s and remember what good old fashioned customer service was. Chris and his team provided that kind of service. He really helped put my mind at ease and as a service member located far from home, that is tremendous. THANK YOU CHRIS and MICHELLE!!!
