Cherry Nails

Oh my goodness, a million times yes to this place!
I am from south San Diego and I just moved up here. I was tired of making the commute to San Diego so I decided to take a chance here.
Mimi fixed up my mother and Julie fixed me up.
They did not disappoint. Julie fixed my brows, nails and toes. Mimi did my mothers nails and toes. The pricing was reasonable and the quality was excellent. I am definitely coming back.

If it was up to me, I wouldn’t add ANY stars for this place :/
I came here expecting a quick French gel manicure. My usual place didn’t have any openings so I came here instead. BIG MISTAKE. Kim was my manicurist. She was rude, was eating the whole time. And when she was finished I noticed a few of my nails had these weird cracks in it, and she insisted they would go away after the nail polish had set. It’s been 5 days and my nails and cuticles look TERRIBLE. When I pointed them out to her, she was absolutely RUDE about it. Do not come here. Kim will ruin your nails. Go across the street to the nail salon by Payless. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!

There is a reason so few reviews and only one photo. They don’t know what they are doing. I asked for ped before set put on fingers so my toes dry. They said no we put on quick dry no problem. I’ve been getting nails for 20 years I’ve never had pedi done last. When I sat down to get set the guy only did first quater of nails sanded. I asked about need for whole nail sanded so fill attaches he said oh I do that later. I walked out! Like I said had sets for over 20 uears, either he doesn’t sand the whole nail and they pop off fast or he takes 2 hours to do a set. Either way not good.
Just got text calling me «crazy woman!» In response to my Unilocal review. Not sure that is good response or good marketing to your primary customers, women. Might want to think about that one sir. Also, ur nails last 3 weeks? No one says that in your reviews. Doesn’t make sense because nails grow out so there would be three week gap? Nails would look bad last week. Like I said getting nails done 20 years. Tip: calling «women crazy» is offensive in the USA.

Words can not describe how amazing this place is! I was recommended by a friend who frequently comes here, and I thought, why not try this place out? When I walked in, I was welcomed by Mr. Le and he was the guy who did my nails (looks can be deceiving). He was gentle with my hands and he took his time perfecting every nail. His precision is accurate and on point. This place is extremely cheap compared to all the other nail salons, and trust me I’ve been to a lot! He’s shy and a very nice gentle man. I got an acrylic full set nails with claws for my school dance. I come here at least once a month. Clean, affordable, nice place to go to. Definitely recommend!

I wont even give them 1 star they are in such a hurry to play their games that they rush through pedicures and don’t even scrub your feet. even if you ask them to its like they rush through it. The lady did my pedicure in less then 6 minutes and then when I tried to say something she stated that’s why they only $ 15.00. I then asked for sandals to put on my feet so I didn’t have to put my shoes on and she stated no just walk on the floor. I got so mad I kicked my shoes and messed up my polish I asked if I could use the polish to fix my toes and she said it will be $ 7.00. I refuse to go back there or tell my friends to go there.

I love this place, Lee is the best I don’t go to anyone else if it’s not him he knows exactly what I like when I bring in a design he will master it. Decent prices indeed but these Nails will last. I’ve had the same Nails for two months and they look new every time I get a fill.

I went to this thinking she was going to a awesome job… but i was horrible… she didmt fix it and shr still chanrge 26. Drlls. Is cheap but is going to cost you more if go somewhere else to fix them. GO TO TEN NAILS SALON NEXT TO ROSS that place os beaitiful and really clean

Great salon! I’ve been coming here for almost a year now and have always been happy and satisfied with my service. The salon is clean and I never have a problem getting an appointment.

i got my nails done here for the last two years and they never failed to make my nails look pretty. I have a busy schedule so I always call in first before i drop by but they take walk-​ins too. They have many polishes to choose and very nice designs. I usually keep the same set for two months, just refill every two weeks. This place is very affordable, nice, clean and has great services. I definately come here forever.

Ive Been coming here for a couple of years now this is the only place i get my nails done i love LEE he always knows exactly what i want and he takes his time even if he has people waiting on him he never makes me feel uncomfortable and he always makes time for me.

I went back and got my nails done. NOT IMPRESSED. I asked for «round» nails and got square, that dug in to the edges of my fingers. I have now clipped and or picked all of my finger nails down to the quick to stop the annoying feeling. Also my polish is far from the edges of my fingers. I under stand not going all the way to the edge to cut down on the excess but really I can see the pink of my nail from arms length away. My pedicure was good despite the fact that my nails are long and square even though I asked for them to be short and round.
NOT HAPPY! Only thing keeping this from a one star is that it was clean and they didn’t cut me.

The very first time I got zebra print tips were from here. I thought that they would hand draw it, but no, they airbrushed the stripes. They looked pretty decent when the end results were finished, but I was a little disappointed. I kinda expected more. I got a couple of compliments about my nails, but I’ve had better. When I was done, my nails were a little uneven. The lady who did my nails didn’t really file it down.
The prices are pretty cheap, but you get what you pay for I guess. Cheap price for cheap nails.

I’ve gotten my nails done here a couple times and honestly, it’s one of the best places I’ve ever been to. Lee was my nail artist and he was very consistent all the times I went here. They have lots of designs you can choose from. They do air brush design, glitter powder, and pretty much anything you want. Cherry nails is relatively cheap compared to a lot of places. A full set with white tips will cost you $ 20.
