Kim’s Happy Nails

This place is cheap and they actually do a pretty good job. I came here for my first time to try a new place and I am leaving happy and satisfied. They were very attentive and welcoming. I will be coming back here in the future :)

I will never come here again! On Saturday June 1 I came here to get my eyebrows waxed because I had a special event at 6 and one of the lady’s at kim nails ruined my eye brows! My eyebrows look like a thin line!
I cried so much when I got home.

I’ve been here 3 times. I was referred by cristy — curl and comb hair salon.

You know the fresh, clean feeling your feet feel like after a nice pedicure? … well, you won’t get that from here! This place is cheap for a reason. It’s not a little hole-​in-​the-​wall-​gem. It’s just a hole-​in-​the-​wall. They have cheap polishes that probably come from TJ. I asked Ben if he had a non-​shimmery gray color, he flat out said «nope don’t have that»
Who responds like that to a new client? I was literally about to walk out, and I probably should have
The only good thing about this place was the massage chair. They were of higher quality, so at least they invested in something decent!
The girl who did my pedicure looked no more than a day over 12! She knew only a few English words. Even my 18 month old knows more words than she does! If you cannot communicate with a client you are helping, then why are you working in this position?! …my biggest pet peeve– so frustrating!
Overall, my toes look alright. My left toenail was filed rounded, as apposed to my right, which is squared. She almost make my polish too thick and it almost began to clump up into a big mess. Idk how she managed to get around that. If you want a decent pedicure and service, don’t come here. I suggest luxury nails and spa. You even get wine over there!

I been coming here for almost 2 yrs. I love how they do my nails, plus I easily get in-​grow toe nails and they know how to fix them without hurting me… The only reason I don’t give it a 5 star is that they never open on time. Right now it’s the holiday season and I have gone twice and both times they were close. At least put a sign that they won’t open or open late. And just scared going somewhere else…

Walked in to see one employee and one customer. The artist asked how I could be helped, I asked for a manicure and was told «I dont have time right now.» Wasn’t given a wait time, just told she didn’t have time.
Too bad.
