I had a great shopping experience here. I came in looking for work clothes for a new job and the woman who assisted me was very helpful, getting out multiple sizes of the things I wanted to try on, giving me an honest opinion etc. There prices were competitive(I found the same pricing as if I bought from Amazon) and they were upfront about their return policy. I was wary about the store due to the other reviews but tried it out anyway and was very pleased with not only the price, but also the service.

They have an awful return policy. I bought an item from them and it broke in less than a week and they refused to refund or exchange the item even though I had a receipt. I bought a lot of items from them but will now take my money else where.

What a complete joke of a store! I would expect better from from a T– shirt vendor at a street fair. Return policy is a joke. I bought two pair of double knee work pants. Asked if they would shrink after I washed it The worker said no. Washed it and it shrank two sizes. They wouldn’t exchange them. Didn’t even ask for a refund. I’m a technician for at&t and did spend a good amount there. Never again! And to all my fellow at&t techs, do not buy from there. Complete joke!

Dickies, I thought, stood for just ‘Scrubs”. .. that’s what my wife wanted and that’s why we made a trip. Left middle of the store(3 or 4 full racks) was devoted to Dickies scrubs only. Racks full of fancy, fashionable, colorful, printed tops or just practical designs. And pants, ranging from pajamas to hide all jellos or hugging the butt and bringing out the contours of those who are confident or just wish to. My wife tried many sets — and she liked many — but ended up buying just one top. I wonder how to honestly interpret this? Was it so many good ones that it became hard to choose, not so. I felt that it was like shopping in a Petite store where the dress fits just right but not quite right! Later, she ended up in another less fancier sore for scrubs( ) and an hour later found what she liked and bought what she wanted. I want to give Dickies four stars for selection, but gave three only because in the end the show did not materialize. Rest of the store had lots of Dickies work pants for men, shoes, Levis jeans and a fair selection of baseball hats. Nevertheless, the two ladies on the floor were very nice, smiling and pulling out selections, answering all questions — a departure from snobbier associates in the well-endowed ‘burbs or north coast.
