Jack In the Box

Okay so I’m on my lunch break and I asked for a fresh number 1 and no onion on my burger. The lady gave me a burger that looked like it’s been sitting there forever not even warm and burnt bread and meat no juicy at all. I’ll post a picture so you guys can see. Not satisfied. &Chad onion!

Nastiest jack in the box ever! Our food was so bad we threw it away when we got home, everything tastes like microved food! Unbelievable! I love jack in the box for there tacos but these ones that we got were just pure gross (not cooked) if I ate anymore of that I would of gotten food poising.

Four stars for this location but also for the whole JBOX corporation.
I’ve just started reviewing fast food restaurants so it was my privilege to review one of my all time favorites.
Classic Buttery Jack —
One of the best looking sandwiches right out of the bag. The perfectly shaped bun had a very appetizing lettuce piece protruding. I could even see deep red tomato slices peeking through. These were not the typical old and wilted components you’d see on most fast food burgers. The Buttery Jack’s first bite was perfect for a fast food burger. It wasn’t greasy or cheap. There was a nice bold secret sauce that binded everything together. Even though the Buttery Jack sounds very unhealthy, it tasted quite the opposite. This looked like an expensive restaurant burger only much smaller. One of the best fast food burgers period.
JBox has always been innovative when it comes to food trends. Jack is sometimes bold (Hot Mess burger), sometimes amazing (Nachos), and offers several all time classics like the (Jack’s Spicy Chicken and Monster Tacos).

Stopped in for dinner the other night, had a cheddar buttery Jack and it was pretty great. I the crunchy onions and it was just about perfect. Had a good experience all around.

The manager over heard my conversion with the cashier about one of my butter burger was missing butter yesterday jokingly (i wasn’t asking for any compensation, it was just because it was the same young cashier as yesterday, and I was ordering the same thing). She jumps in and got me a free XL drink!
And she was having her hand full too because the soda fountain was malfunctioning and they had to use the drive through fountain for all orders. Extra thanks. :)

We eat here a lot, this time was bad because the drive thru worker didn’t provide all our stuff, a fork for the pie, we asked another worker, the supervisor, for a fork, we heard her ask him why he didn’t put one in the bag and he said they are lying, I put a fork in the bag, and this happened in front of us because we were still at the window, might never go back!

Quick. Easy. Food. What more couod you ask for and the attendant at the pay window was hilarious.

If it wasn’t for my kids being hungry, I would drove right thru. The lady working the Drive Thru was the most unprofessional, RUDE person I have ever come across. Did I say RUDE? If I was the manager there I would fire her on the spot for attitude towards customers. And she botched our order.
I’m not a fan of these places but it was last minute and easy.
I will NOT go back.

Not my favorite spot. Good place to go for belly ache. I only usually stop here on road trips. My go too meal is the 2 taco combo. They are deep fried though so not best bet for those of you on a diet. As for crapy fast food joints id give this place a ⁴⁄₅ but for Unilocal burger joints im gonna have to this place a ²⁄₅.

Typical fast food restaurant. Not the best tasting food, but not the worst either. It does the job and is usually pretty decent. Never really had a bad experience here except for once when they forgot my my medium fries. Called and they said to come back if possible and made me fresh large fries. On top of that even though they are not an official partner they accept apple pay as a form of payment. I’ll be going back more just because of the fact that they cab accept Apple pay as tender

Worst Jack in the Box I’ve ever been to. We recently moved to the area and tried the jack in the box multiple times and always leave disappointed. The food was cold the few times I went there and they shorted me some items.. yup, the drive thru. Will not go back.

The food never tastes fresh. Every time we have gone there we never get our food they way we like it even when we ask. Many times they leave items off that are suppose to be part of the ingredients. There is a male cook that does not have very good sanitation. Sometimes we have gotten sick eating there. The cooking area always looks dirty especially the floor. Some of the employee’s are kind and some are rude and ignore customers including us. Our family will not be returning as we gave them one to many times to make it right and they didn’t. (btw this is in the evening time)

Always awesome and friendly staff… Super happy that a wonderful lady in front of me in the drive thru paid for my food! I’ll be sure and pay it forward!
They have never gotten my order incorrect and are always timely.

The shift leader, when I came in on Saturday night, there was one of the nicest/​coolest JitB employees I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Hopefully they promote him and pay him more money!
He was a great conversationalist, was fast to take my order, was willing to suggest things without being pushy. He made the entire experience from mundane to enjoyable and memorable. On top of that the food was exactly as I expected, possibly tasting better then other locations (it helps that I was hungry).

I thought it was funny to even entertain the idea is reviewing this place until I decided to be curious to see if they had any reviews. Everyone is right when they say this place has amazing customer service. Clean facilities and super nice smiley employees. My order has never been wrong either.

This is an unhealthy gross meal, avoid frozen reheated fried foods !

I usually love Jack In the Box but this one I will skip next time. Soggy waffle sandwich took too long. Dripping soda machine with flies buzzing all around. Counter kid fast but couldn’t care less. The one good thing is their dining room is beautiful and very clean. Probably because people know not to come here…

This was an all round good experience. My salad seemed fresh, the service was impeccable and the it was very clean.

You might think… yeah, another fast food place. This place is pretty unique, however. This could very well be the best major chain fast food location I’ve been to.
The employees here are very courteous and friendly… moreso than any other fast food place I’ve been to. In fact, they usually ask if you were happy with your experience there. I have never once had an issue with an incorrect order here… most of my orders are pretty «special» and they have always gotten them correct. The food? Yeah. typical Jack fare, but I’ve never had a bad meal here… always hot and fresh by the time I get home.
Don’t even bother with the other fast-​food place in the same shopping center… this place is quite far above and beyond the usual fast food experiance.

Yeah, reviewing Jack… Well, this one deserves it. I have actually never been inside this jack but have been a customer at the drive thru hundreds of times. Over the past few months they have had the nicest staff I have encountered at Jack in the Box drive thru EVER! No joke.
They are good with getting the orders right, I order weird customized items and they have not gotten wrong yet. Always friendly as well. Very refreshing at a drive thru. Thanks for being nice and getting my food right.
