This is the closest Wendy’s to my house. I usually just go through the drive through with the kids on the way home from somewhere off the 15. I have never had a problem with my order as of yet. I like the four for four meal. I also like the baked potato with chilli. As others have mentioned they hold tight to those condiments. I assumed they would put sour cream in there as every other location does with baked potatoes but no, they don’t. Also make sure they remember forks. I was pleasantly surprised by the bbq chicken salad, and the amount of chicken made it a real meal. I usually do not like fast food salads, but this place is A OK.

Sometimes a fast food restaurant should be treated like a black box. Just pull up through the drive thru and get your grub. You don’t have to worry about what’s inside. I had to enter this establishment because I had a custom order and it would be easier than talking to a human rather than through a plastic speaker. So when I walked in a I was greeted with the smell of urine soaked sheets. Having three kids I know such things and that’s what I smelled here. The reality was that that the bathroom was so dirty that the stink had infiltrated the dining area. As for the décor this place is very dated. So impersonal and cold. Reminds me of my first apartment, which is a place I’d never want to go back to. In.any.case… I placed my order and waited, all the while noticing how dilapidated their ketchup station was… The manager was really nice and she made sure that all of my items were correct and she even put them all in a large carrying bag. She also put my drinks in a holder without having me to ask for one. The food was pretty good but there are a few things of note. One, the spicy chicken sandwich was pretty tiny, especially when compared to the Jack in the Box version next door. Kids meal rocked and included a robot puzzle. I got the Frosty for the kids and it came in a perfectly appropriate sized cup(mini sized). The fries were soggy but in a good way. Overall it’s good fast food, but you should just use the drive thru…

The food here is good and the service has always been amazing. I prefer this Wendy’s over any other for those reasons. BUT, let me just say the manage, Sandra(I think) is absolutely terrible. She was really slow and rude. I give Kudos to the staff for handling her. I was helped by a female employee with glasses the last time I went. I forgot what her name was but she was lovely and super polite. But honestly, I feel for the staff. Management is awful there.

#9 grilled chicken combo was okay. Chicken sandwich was decent, fries were nice and salty. I enjoyed the 6 piece chicken nuggets best, $ 1.89? Not a bad deal. Drive thru was kinda slow, but I got my food nice and hot, worth the wait.

When it comes to fast food burgers, Wendy’s is the only place I’ll go. That being said, I stumbled across this Wendy’s. That’s a lie, I’ve known about it for awhile, but I’ve been trying not to eat fast food… I digress… My boyfriend and I were heading North and stopped in for a quick bite before our trip. The workers at the counter were very polite and accommodating. Our food came out hot and fresh tasting(not sitting under a lamp for an hour). The restaurant was clean. The bathrooms were clean. If I need a Wendy’s fix(OMG…Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers), I’ll be back.

I would give this place 4-stars, except they’ve been out of the items that I wanted to order on more than one occasion… I rarely have that anywhere else! I do like the menu variety(salads, burgers, chicken, etc), and I often vary my choices. The drive-thru is pretty quick and convenient, and it works well for my short work lunches! I’m usually here 2 – 3 times a month. The challenge for me is avoiding the mega-calorie burgers every time!

I feel as though Wendy’s has jumped off of a cliff. The service is bad and they should feel bad. The food is usually ok when done right, but last time we went my wife’s burger was not even warm. It’s like they’ve given up. Won’t be going back.

Okay, I know what you’re going to say. «It’s only a fucking Wendy’s why is this dumb ass writing a review?» Yes, it’s just a Wendy’s, I know. Not going to complain about the food, so just bare with me. The employees are a different story. I kid you not, every single time I go there, they wanna play tight with their fucking ketchup. I’ll even ask them for EXTRA ketchup to take home to my boyfriend, the Condiment King, but no… they give me a handful. A god damn handful! I mean for fuck’s sake is there a shortage of ketchup in the world I’m unaware of? We always order more than one order of fries, wtf am I gonna do with four ketchup packets? Oh and I take it back, I do have a complaint about their food. Their value fries are crap. No matter what time of the day I have gone there, I always end up with shards of icicles made of potatoes. God damnit Wendy’s.

I am a huge Wendy’s fan and have been since childhood, and this one is by far the worst. I’ve given them three chances to redeem themselves to no avail. Today, I got no straw with my drink, my chicken sandwich was undercooked and all the fries were missing(3 total), the four piece nuggets(I bought four) only came with three. Never again will I go to this Wendy’s. It’s very unfortunate that there is no other Wendy’s around. Double and triple check your food if you ever use the drive thru here.

This place defines terrible service. I went here and the place was nearly empty and this was my experience: First, they messed up my order at the drive thru, and when i let them know the order was incorrect on the screen they acted as if i was doing them a great disservice by forcing them to correct the order. Second, they did not say hello to me once i got up to the window. They did not say anything at all. Just a hand out the window was all that i got. Third, they did not say thank you. They gave me an irritated /disinterested look as they handed me the food out the window. On top of that the food was pretty mediocre by fast food standards. Stay away. The Jack in the Box across the parking lot is 1000x better.

Ordered spicy nuggets and got CARDBOARD, NASTY Nuggets! Tried to call them but no answer! What great customer service! Dave would be so disappointed.

So it’s been awhile since I’ve actually gotten off the car and eaten inside a fast food joint, guess what I’m not missing much! Pluses ~ It was clean Staff friendly The place could use an update inside but your just eating and splitting so it’s all good all in all it was a nice experience.

I’m grew up on Wendy’s so I keep coming back. Most times the food is great. But they do not have very good consistency or quality control. Sometimes it’s tossed and I go to Subway or Jack’s.

The food is typical Wendy’s, and the quality is comparable with any other Wendy’s I’ve been to. The drive-thru was fast, so no complaints there. However, every single time I’ve been here, the people working there have always been rude and they almost seem irritated that I’m there. Also, they have never been able to get my order correct. I’ve started going to the nearby Jack in the Box instead — that particular Jack in the Box is the most courteous and professional fast food place I’ve been to, and that definitely isn’t typical of a lot of fast food places.

I used to work near this place. I went there quite a few times, it’s exactly like any other Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. In fact, their lunch time service was one of the quickest around. I’ve only gone through the drive-thru on a few occasions… If you like or don’t mind Wendy’s you’ll be just fine. If you don’t like it, it won’t change your mind. It’s a Wendy’s.

Wow, some of these reviewers are nuts. I love Wendy’s food, and this location makes it the same way as the others do. The fries are always on the salty side, which I personally love, but they’ve cut down on that, too. I’ve had the exact opposite experience as Brain E. in the drive-thru; the clerk at the window is always ready with exact change(a Wendy’s psychic?) as I pull up, and just about gives me a receipt… with my entire order ready to go, hot and ready to eat. Wendy’s food, in general, is not cuisine. They offer their own versions of a lot of items, which, over the years, have become favorites of mine like the square-pattied burger and optional baked potato or chili instead of fries. But I find it’s all very good. This location’s staff has always been decent to me, so I can’t say anything for individual gripes. Plenty of parking is available and close by to many other shops if I’m out to grab some errands on my way through Wendy’s. I rate this restaurant pretty high actually.

This has to be one of the worst Wendy’s stores in the whole county. It must fully rely on first-time, freeway business, since I can’t see anyone returning on anything like a regular basis. The food is usually awful… yes, even for Wendy’s. The service is equally bad, owed in no small part to the management. One time, on a drive-thru purchase, I was charged three times on my credit card for the same meal. When I tried to get them to straighten it out, they said they wouldn’t do anything because I didn’t have three receipts! WTF!!! If I had been given three receipts, I’d have had a problem right away! As another reviewer already pointed out, the fries are always oversalted. Most standard fare has been sitting under a heat lamp for quite some time. Drive the extra hundred yards to the Jack in the Box on the other end of the parking lot… seriously, it’s like two different worlds.

So I’m about an hour away from home, coming from San Diego, when the stomach starts rumbling. I see the Wendy’s sign in the distance so decide to grab a quick bite for the trip. Boy, was I in for a surprise. I order at the drive thru and the guy on the other end gave a little groan when I asked for quick a minute to look over the menu. That should of been my first sign to get outta here. But still, I order my stuff and then proceed to the window. Mind you, there’s no one else in front of me so I figure it will take a moment for my food. I hand over my money and the food is all ready for me. Wow! That’s quick right? WRONG! That’s not always a good thing. They got everything I asked for but it was so rushed that it was not even good to eat. First off, I got a large drink with ice all the way to the top. So really it was like a small drink in a big ass cup! Next, I took a bite of my spicy chicken sandwich and it was lukewarm. Probably been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile. It sure as hell wasn’t fresh. Last, I took a bite of my fries. Now I like salt on my fries but this was literally«fries on my salt!» Man, there was so much sodium in those potatoes someone could have a heart attack. I had like 3 fries and was coughing the whole way home. What’s more, I had no more soda left in my «large drink» to clear my throat. What kind of crap is that! The only thing made fresh was the double cheeseburger I got my son because he wanted it plain. They just cooked that burger fast and you could see how greasy it was. Wasn’t even good enough for my son to finish it. I’m pretty pissed I paid for a large size combo, got a small drink and fries I couldn’t even eat. Never gonna stop by here again and it was one of the most unsatisfying meals I’ve ever had. Wendy and Dave Thomas would be ashamed.
