Stopped by to pick up some KFC for the family for dinner. Marisol took the order… and because we usually don’t order according to the menu, she was wonderful at listening to what I needed and putting it together in a package that was the best way to go! Ciara put together the order, and she leaves the tops open so you can see what you ordered and make sure it is all there. Then she closes everything up and bags it. Everyone was smiling and very attentive! Great work guys!!!

For the quality of fast-food fried chicken, KFC never fails to disappoint. BUT… the customer service here is iffy. I went through the drive-thru on Thanksgiving afternoon(around 4PM). Business was slow inside, but I’m just glad they are open! We ordered: –16 piece crispy chicken meal //This came with 4 large sides(2 mash potatoes and 2 coleslaw) and 8 biscuits. The total was close to $ 40 and it was perfect to feed 5 grown adults. Everything was yummy! Kudos to extra crispy! Pros: –Quick service. I am thankful that KFC was opened this evening… or else I would be starving at home! Cons: –Meh management. They only gave us 12 pieces of chicken and we didn’t realize this until we got home. The manager was only able to offer us the remaining 4 pieces and two small sides. We came back the next day… and they still messed up the order. LUCKILY, I caught it on the spot or else there would be a WWII. Tips/Observations: –Big parking lot that is shared with other shops. Count your chicken. That’s all I can say.

TERRIBLESERVICE. there is this girl in particular named Ana who works there and she is always rude every time I go to the drive thru. I understand it may be hard to understand things in the speaker but you don’t need to be rude every single time. We get it. You hate your job. I worked for McDonalds dude that’s way worse than Kfc. Every time I order in the drive she gives me such a rude attitude. She didn’t even count back the change I gave her(I handed her a $ 100 bill) unprofessional. People, don’t come to this location unless you don’t care about shitty ass customer service.

Occasionally, you get the craving for the«finger-lickin good» fried chicken at good ‘olé KFC’s. There’s always one nearby in your neck of the woods, and when the cravings come, you just got to head to the nearest one! Fortunately, this location is right down the street from me and if you time it right, you can get a whiff of the chicken frying up when it exhausts out and permeates the surrounding area. The workers here are very friendly, and make sure that you drive slowly to the drive-thru and read all the specials they have in the window signs. But, if the aroma and thought of eating the moist and juicy fried chicken distracts you, just ask. Sometimes, all you need to do is ask, «Do you have any specials right now?» and they will be very helpful. If you’re not to picky, thighs and wings are always on special for chicken only. I’m starting to crave some right now!
