Glen and his team are superb and awesome!
I took my two Lexi (an ES and a GX) in to get the Rosen headrest entertainment system installed — for the kiddos, because no drive is like the drive when your kids are quiet and entertained!
Glen and his team went out of their way to accommodate us, as we wanted to have both of them done pretty much at the same time respectively back to back, and they were superfast, did a great job and I couldn’t be happier.
I noticed a couple of weeks after the installation (when I used the system for the first time in my ES) that the remote control was not working. I called Quintex and had a replacement remote control in my mailbox a few days later.
I absolutely love this company. Great customer service, they stand behind their product and workmanship, I could not be happier (and I have a few ideas for my cars for the future, so they’ll be busy :-)).

Just had my brand new 2015 Toyota Tacoma taken in for a new amp, 10″ sub & box. They had everything done before noon like I had requested and it sounds amazing. Really good work guys, thank you.

Very disappointed in the quality of there work… for years they did great work but lately it is not as good… not sure if they have new employees or different product but it has been a let down… I have had to go elsewhere for my stuff. .hopefully they figure it out and can fix the problems

I brought my 2013 Challenger for back up sensors. However, after the installation, they kept going off intermittently, especially in the rain, even though there was nothing behind me I brought the car back and they tried again. Still had the same problem. Dennis, the installer actually came out to my work and spent 4 hours under my car in my office parking lot trying to get them right. But still they were still not working right. The owner Glen offered to refund my money but then suggested we try a completely different brand of sensors. 4^th time is a charm! This time they seem to be working, although they are very sensitive. I think maybe because they painted the sensors to match the car color (red), it may be interfering or something. Had I known it would have taken 4 times to get it right, I definitely would not have had them installed. Maybe aftermarket sensors on a Challenger are not a great idea. However, I was super impressed with how Quintex handled it. They were very professional and did everything they could to make it right. I really appreciate that. They definitely stand behind their work and I would highly recommend this business.
