I have tried to call numerous times in the last two weeks to schedule an appt. and still have not heard back from anyone. I wonder if this company even exists.

I should have read the reviews here on Unilocal BEFORE purchasing a Groupon. I purchased the Groupon in March and have YET to get a phone call after NUMEROUS voicemail messages left. I have contacted Groupon and as of last Wednesday was told by Customer Service that I would receive a call within 3 business days. Needless to say, that STILL HAS NOT HAPPENED!
I have contacted Groupon again demanding a refund of the $ 109 that I spent on the Groupon. At this point, I wouldn’t trust the company to perform the service as they obviously are not an ethical company!

I had the worst experience with this company. I bought a Groupon and when I tried to call and schedule my appointment they would never answer and never returned one phone call of numerous over the course of 3 months. Finally had to get Groupon involved and they still did not call. Needless to say, they are unprofessional and I will never recommend or use them in the future!

Sells a bunch of Detailing deals on Groupon and other similar sites. Bought 2 of those. First time he came out he did a crappy job. Car interior was still dirty. Had one more to use, but now does not even return calls. AVOID this individual. You get what you pay for and in this case… you get a thief.
