I have graduated from UCSD and accounting is my passion. Over the years I have observed what makes businesses grow, be successful, and even fail. This helps me to advise and guide business owners in their endeavors to avoid tax pitfalls and harmful business decisions. We all need independent view and perspective on financial actions. Personal taxation and business taxation is such large portion of our daily and life decision process that having a right person providing options and tools will make anyone better off than those without.
