Gia is the best hair stylist I have ever been too! She always does a great job on my hair cut and difficult color. I have a lot of hair and Gia always has me leaving looking amazing. The shop has a great atmosphere and is nice and small. I will definitely be back again!

Gia is nothing short of AMAZING. She has done my hair extensions a couple times and always does such a phenomenal job. Her scalp massages are euphoric! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!
The Parlour Off Grand is such a cute and home feeling salon. It doesn’t feel like those huge high class uncomfortable spots that make you feel like you don’t belong!

There are many things I love about Gia’s work. First of all, she knows her stuff. Selecting the right hair color is one thing, but how to apply highlights in the right place. well, it’s a combination of science and art and Gia is very good at both. Her haircuts are amazing, too. She knows techniques I’ve not seen anywhere else. She is meticulous about her work and takes all the time you need. You never feel rushed. I like, too, how she can accommodate my schedule — especially when I call at the last minute. I am SOOOO happy to have found her.

Gia DiLorento has been doing my hair for almost 5 years now, and I highly recommend her to my close friends. I have super think (often frizzy) hair, and she works miracles. She recently opened her own studio, and it’s adorable. With just 2 chairs, you won’t have issues with tons of noise or crazy TMI discussions going on all around you. Her prices are very reasonable and parking is easy outside of the studio.
Gia did my makeup for my engagement photos and it turned out great (super natural).
Gia is more than a great stylist, she is amazing at respecting her clients. I’ve gone to her up to my eyeballs in homework (bringing a huge text book with me) and without even questioning me, she has respected my time and let me read. I’ve also gone to her ready to chat, and she always has a funny tale to tell.
I fear leaving the Escondido/​San Diego area because I may never find a stylist as good as Gia.
