Five stars for being genuine and humble people. They helped me out by jumping my car around the corner when no one else would. I’ll give them my business next time my car needs service. If yours does now give them a try and write a review.

Had to take my ’02 Adventurer in for repair of basement air. Part’s $ 300, labor $ 300 plus $ 50 for oil change. Seems pretty expensive, but, I don’t know, it’s not really the type of repair you can shop around, price of the oil change was reasonable for a Ford V-​10, they special ordered the part from Colorado ($ 50) got here in a day. All in all, they did what they said they would do, for the price they quoted, and, it was done quickly. RV repairs are notorious for being higher priced. I think they were fair, and certainly knew how to solve a problem that others would not attempt.

The Lady that answered the phone was soooo incredibly RUDE. Service was lagged on, I will NOT be using or recommending this shop to anyone. No wonder they are rated so low… :o/

My AC needed to be replaced. We had used Ronnie’s before and decided to have the work done here, even though it was the same price as the dealership. They said they could do it the same day, which turned into 3 days, which later developed new problems that they said had to be fixed again and again. I probably brought it back 3 or 4 times about new problems that developed after they replaced it. They seemed to have NO CLUE why things were falling apart. Ronnie was not giving me all the information and being very shady about the whole thing. He even said there was a part that had to be replaced that he couldn’t buy from the factory and had to come from a junkyard??? (It was a 3yr old car). He must have had my car in the shop for a total of 2 weeks when everything was all said and done.
He literally brought it to my dealership behind my back, because he couldn’t figure out what was wrong. When I asked for the car back, he picked it up from them before they could fix it, then gave it back to me, unfixed. He almost never called to give updates, I had to call them all the time. Half the time Ronnie wasn’t there and Theo (who wasn’t familiar with the problems) had to guess what was wrong. Poor communication and service all-​around…
By the time I brought it to the dealership, they recognized the problem as a poor service job the first time (contaminated lines), and they cleaned it up right. Ronnie did end up covering the dealership charge, but I was still out more money than I would have been if I had gone straight to the dealership, and the AC still doesn’t work perfectly because of some of the tweaks he did to it.
I’d give him half of an extra star for offering to cover the dealership charges, so I didn’t have to pursue him for it. I don’t understand how an AC repair shop can’t fix my AC correctly :(

We had some work done on the radiator on our Jeep almost 2 years ago. We took it back last week because of a leak. The cause of the leak was determined NOT to be under warranty but they fixed it anyway and did not charge us a dime.
The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because when we got home we found that the tech had not tightened the radiator cap or hooked up the hose.
