Husband had a fender bender, went here for our repairs. They were courteous, friendly and prompt. They did GREAT work. I hope we dont need any more body work but if we do I will come back here! Will recommend to our friends!

A&M is a fantastic body shop! They have a wonderful staff and do professional body work. Everyone that works here is so nice and helpful! With being a college student, away from home, and never had to deal with getting my car repaired before, they made everything so simple and at a reasonable price. They dealt with my insurance and made sure everything went smoothly. They sent me updates via text so I knew that they were getting it done efficiently. They did an amazing job, even washed my car, vacuumed, and polished my tires. I never once had any troubles and I highly recommend them.

So I was cleaning something off my car and accidentally rubbed off some of the clear coat. I saw this place on Unilocal and was going to call but happened to be right around the corner so I stopped by to see if it was something they could fix, and if so if I could make an appointment for the future. Josh was behind the counter and offered to come take a look. He asked if I had a spare ten minutes and offered to polish it on the spot. He was able to get out almost all the scratches in ten minutes and didn’t even charge me! Based on that kind gesture alone I will be coming back here the next time I need a body shop! I really appreciate the amazing customer service shown by Josh!

I’ve been to this place two times now. The first time I hit someone from behind and totaled my car, so there was a lot of work to be done. Second time I just needed my side mirrors replaced. Both times I was very pleased! Very reasonable prices, the employees were very nice and helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I cannot recommend A & M highly enough! They did a fantastic job replacing my bumper after I was hit in a parking lot, looks like new. I was delighted to see that they detailed my car inside and out as well… did not expect that at all. (It was a wreck inside, I had no idea they were going to do that or I would have cleaned it up a bit before I took it in)

We have unfortunately had both of our vehicles in for body work recently, but what a pleasure to work with the folks at A & M: they are friendly, straightforward, polite, and best of all, they take pride in the superb work they do. The only thing they could improve is that, when they offer to give you updates via text, they should actually make sure you get them. My wife and I both feel really good about our experiences with this company and its people. My truck is twelve years old, and it came back looking practically good as new.

These guys are reasonably priced, fair, quick, and friendly in a mellow way (a welcome change from other overly-​hyper service managers). They worked with me to find a cheap solution for my older Honda, which other shops were unwilling to do. This sounds crazy, but my experience was so good that I ALMOST wished that I was getting more work done, just so that I could support their business!

Got bigger tires on my suburban and the dented fender rubbed pretty hard when the wheel was turned. I called around to see how much auto body places were going to charge to fix it (very limited budget), and most were going to charge just to look at it. I called A & M and asked how much they would charge to bend the damaged fender back and they told me to just swing by to take a look. One of the workers came outside to take a look and went back inside and got a tool. He bent the fender perfectly, and my tires haven’t rubbed since. I was hoping the bill wasn’t going to be too bad, but they didn’t even charge! They really helped me out 30 mins before they close when everyone is wanting to go home.
After they were done, I wanted to get a quote on how much they would charge to replace the entire fender, and it’s a huge fender. But their quote was several hundred dollars cheaper than other places in town. I will definitely be returning for all my auto body service. This is what I call a neighborhood business.

My car was involved in a accident while visiting Eugene for a weekend. (I live in SF bay area) I am so fortunate that I got connected with A&M body shop to complete the repairs. The car was in pretty bad shape and although the repairs took a while to complete, I was very happy with the final results. Their attention to detail, quality of repairs and communication to the customer was top notch. Honestly the car is in better shape than the day I drove it off the lot. Thank you A&M– A+ for your efforts and thank you Dana for all your hard work.

I got three estimates from bodyshops and they were very close. I went with A&M because I liked that they were a small shop with personal service. They gave me a ride home (I live out of town) and worked on my car while I was on vacation. It all went very smoothly and my car looks great!

In the four years I’ve owned my Honda Accord, I’ve had two occasions to get some body work done. The first was after I stupidly hit a post at a car wash, putting a huge dent in my front bumper and scraping off the paint. At the time, I really didn’t want to pay $ 600+ to fix it. The guys at A & M were able to pop out the dent and touch up the paint, and did it for less than $ 60. It doesn’t look perfect, but it looks good enough, and the touch up paint job has lasted quite well.
The second was after I was rear-​ended (by an uninsured driver, of course). The rear bumper had to be replaced, which meant the car was in the shop for two days. A & M has free loaner cars available, which was a huge plus. Yeah, it was rough driving a Ford Contour for two days, but it was better than nothing. My car was done on time, they vacuumed it, and the bumper looks great! They were able to handle everything with my insurance company, and it really was a breeze.
I’ve recommended A & M to those I know who need auto body work done. And when I am ready to repair that front bumper, I’ll go back.
