Will never buy another car from Kendall. I was told that they would put new part on for the price I was paying. turns out the just fixed the old
seems to me that ever since I bought the car from Kendell Honda the experience has been bad. had to take back the car the trunk wouldn’t close, they made an adjustment. i ask if he could also do something about the smell of paint on the inside of the car, because it was making me sick. He sprayed car freshener in it, and an hour later it smell like paint again. Left the windows open all night, and still smells like paint on the inside of the car. I have talked to the manager, and they are fine with leaving everything as is. Shame on Kendall, for treating a 100% disabled veteran this way.

Quickly had my car fixed, and prices can’t be beat! Nice people all around, professional and friendly! Everyone in the office is incredibly experienced and knowledgable. It’s nice to go somewhere where the guys have worked there for decades, instead of a shop where people are rotating in and out. Obviously they are doing things right!

Truly unhappy with the customer service provided here… I felt like they were definitely trying to rip me off. Was unable to accurately explain the charges on the estimate that they wrote and why they needed to charge the amount listed for each labor charged. Instead kept coming up with textbook answers that is difficult for the regular customer to understand without going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend trying to find another shop that values integrity and customer service so you don’t have to leave thinking, «man…i think i’m getting ripped off…»

Thet were a lot cheaper than the chains around Eugene and the service was great. I had everything reserved in advance and I was able to get in and out fast. This was for a car rental.

No offense but I hope to never become a regular here!!!
The service was quick and efficient, and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. This is service that many places just don’t do anymore. I will post a follow up once I actually have the service completed.
