Most of my new business comes from word of mouth so I am happy to report that’s customers are very happy with the service that they receive. You can also count on me giving you helpful tips to prevent future clogs in your drains. I grew up in the drain business so my job knowledge is stout. My company is a low overhead company. I do this to keep cost down and pass savings to the customer. I will beat any price and match or best any service.

We got a backed up drain Thanksgiving eve. Checked out Unilocal; then called Action Drain. Thought I’d get an answer machine, but I got Ryan. We agreed he could come the next morning. Which he did. He quickly cleaned mainline out to sewer line and charged us $ 75, which I thought was reasonable. Now I know who to recommend or who to get for future drain issues or plumbing needs.

Ryan was incredibly friendly and knowledgable. Our drains had backed up into the tub the night before and we had no use of the toilet. When I spoke to him in the morning he said he could come out by noon, but was actually able to come out earlier. He fixed the problem so quickly and his rate was more than fair. Thank you!

My plumbing had all backed into the tub and almost overflowed the toilets, I called Action Drain and he happened to be in the area and was here in 15 min, fixed the drain in 20 and charged me $ 75, most plumbers wont come out for under $ 150. He also warrantied it for 30 days! Super happy, the best run in I have had! Home repair typically means a few extra shifts in overtime so this was a very pleasant surprise! I highly recommend Bryan!

Last thing you want to have to do is call a plumber, and then, who do you call? Who’s competent, honest and won’t gouge you into bankruptcy? Apparently this guy. Everyone else was booked out for two days, and but called ActionDrain based on Unilocal.
Owner of Action Drain was working on a job in Veneta, I’m in South Eugene. He was on a job out in Veneta and told me his diagnostic rate, and said he’d be here in under an hour and he was. snaked the drain, 1 billable hr. at decent competitive rate. He also fixed a cheap hack with plumber’s putty with a real gasket.
He gave me all kinds of good information as well, preventative measures, workarounds. The guy was a real life-​saver, professional, and communicates clearly and intelligently.
No bilking, mark-​ups, middle-​men or nonsense. Needed good fast, honest, reliable, fairly-​priced service, and got it with ActionDrain. Now for something else I need a plumber plumber, but his focus is on drains… Oh well. If my drains are ever clogged again I’ll call ActionDrain.

Called a plumber a friend recommended & after hearing my issue (toilet draining into bathtub) he suggest I call Bryan at Action Drain & Rooter LLC (541) 484‑9527. Bryan told me he’s be here by 3:30pm but called at 1pm asking it if was OK to come early! Only took 20mins for him to fix the problem & he only charged $ 68.
I am so impressed with his service. Will be calling him again if we ever have another issue.
