History

Established in 1996.

Tom Carrier began working in the RV industry in the early 80s and has worked for several manufacturers and dealers within those 20 years. In the fall of 1996, Tom, Teresa, and their three sons, took their savings and started Carrier RV Service. They started with a one bay shop and moved in 1999 to a large shop in Eugene, Oregon.

Tom, Teresa, and their employees, find it easy to meet their customers’ expectations, by always being honest and upfront with them. Carrier RV Service really wants to make their clientele happy and provide an outstanding service.

From a modest beginning in the fall of 1996, Carrier RV Service has grown to be one of the bright spots for RV Service in the Eugene, Oregon area. Tom and Teresa Carrier, the owners of Carrier RV Service, enjoy what they are doing, and it shows in their daily interactions with customers.

Tom and Teresa Carrier were employed by a RV dealership in the service department back in early 1996. Their experience at the dealership, gave them a first hand look at the need for fair, honest, and customer oriented RV service. Most dealerships seem to be unable to give their customers that personal attention we all want. Feeling comfortable, secure, and confident with who works on your RV is difficult to find these days.
