Great hotel, Great room service, and most of all great housekeeping & customer service! Would definitely stay again :)

The woman who manned the check-​in desk was so nice, especially since. I leaned on the bell for a whole minute because I couldn’t hear the bell ring! They had free red licorice in the office too. Our room was clean and comfortable. They served a continatal breakfast: tea, coffee, orange juice cereal toast, bagels and crème cheese, yogurt, bansnad, and make your own wafflrd.

Nice homey place and great value for the money. Everything was clean, beds were comfy and overall the experience was good. The location was nice and close to the bar/​restaurants on Broadway. Thank you.

Tried to book a room here. Input my credit card information and then the website said it had failed to book. They were happy to charge my credit card without even a «courtesy» call when I didn’t show up for an apparent reservation I didn’t know I had, and then give me the run around to avoid refunding it. Guess I know which chain to avoid in the future.

Stayed for the first time. Was worried about the quality since it was pretty inexpensive. We had a king room. Super affordable, and the place was clean. Unique motor lodge kind of place. The manager was friendly and helpful. If you want an economy hotel that is clean, then this is a good choice.
Walking distance to the Whitaker neighborhood and also close to downtown. Overall it’s an older place, small bathroom, and not everything works perfectly. The wood paneling in the bathroom and closet were a blast from the past, and definitely added some character. With a little investment this place could become a trendy spot. Given its location, age, and vintage features it has potential to be like the Jupiter Hotel in Portland. Don’t count on the continental breakfast. Its limited and not that great.
We’ll stay there again.

Old, drive-​up, old fashioned motor inn style hotel. Nice location, but rooms needs serious updating. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, but room smelled musty. Towels were super flimsy and thin. We probably wouldn’t stay here again, but for the price it was probably ok.

I would choose this place over a Motel 6 as they have better amenities: shampoo, microwave, fridge, blowdryer, laundry room, and a recliner chair with ottoman. Plus location is great. If you walk a couple of blocks you can have breakfast at the Keystone Café. Another 10 – 15 minutes and you’re in the Blairrally area filled with pubs, delicious restaurants (soul, pizza, Japanese), and a vintage arcade!
Price was reasonable for what I got. I’ve stayed at better but, boyohboy, have I stayed at much worse. I felt safe and I got a good night’s sleep while here. For a one night stop in a city it was all I needed.

Lovely and really old fashioned. The original wood paneling is real wood (predating that 70s wood paneling bullshit). Unfortunately I think the carpet is original too.
There’s a newish granite stone floor in the bathroom. Pieces of furniture look updated, while others look outdated.
Clean sheets on a huge bed were a big plus. The dust in the corners of the bathroom were not.
The room came with a big tv, cable, coffee maker with coffee, microwave, refrigerator, a comfy easychair and ottoman. Wow!
Didn’t use the laundry room, but there is one if you need it. Honestly, this would be a great place for someone staying a long stretch on a budget.
The clerk was very friendly and helpful, recommending great places to visit and eat that were close by in this centrally/​conveniently located family inn on par with Motel 6, while giving you more for your money.

DON’T STAY HERE… RUN!!! If I could give this place a negative star, I would. After driving 10 hours to Eugene, I was shocked this was a three star hotel on Hotwire. I know it was inexpensive, but there are standards of clean and customer service that should always be met. Towels were dirty and stiff (it is gross I had to touch still towels with lipstick and whatever else on it) hanging on the towel rack. When letting the front desk know, they did not seem shocked and did nothing, but hand me another towel. Bugs were crawling on the carpet and human hair was in the drain of the shower, to list a few of the issues. The front desk refused to change the room or give a refund. Very Disappointing

Cheap, reasonably clean and free wifi. If you need to crash in Eugene for a night this isn’t bad at all!

You get what you pay for, but hey it ain’t bad. I might sleep on top of the sheets, maybe not if I finish this 22. 80 bones for a room with a separate room, not bad.

This place you get what you pay for. If you want a nice place with cushy amenities, this is not it. No complaints though-​if you need a place to crash, this place is more than sufficient. Don’t count on the continental breakfast though… it’s pretty meager.

So hard to find a room for June! of course is graduation time, so we stayed at this Inn, I give 3 stars because the room was clean, the bathroom was clean too, but the noise at night is bad, I guess by having to park right in front of your room, its easy to get everyones noise right in your ear when you at least expect it.
Nothing fancy about this place, coffee is free, House keeping was attentive, and internet is included as well. The price was according with the place.

We were looking for a place close to our friends and thought the proximity would be great. That was the only thing good about this motel. We regret not spending a bit more and staying somewhere, anywhere else.
When we entered our room, an overwhelming, musty smell hit us. The room had black out curtains but no sheer, so it wasn’t possible to leave them open without the fishbowl effect — people peering into our room.
The TV didn’t have the kind of cable stations you’d expect even though there was a printed program for HBO. So misleading. There wasn’t a bedside table on one side of the bed, so that was inconvenient for bottled water or alarm clock.
The bathroom had dead ants all over the sink and toilet. The sink was unusually high, as was the mirror over it. Forget it if you’re 5′ petite or smaller (for the gals).
There was a super old mirror on the closet door that was so damaged, you couldn’t see a reflection clearly. I mean, c’mon owners — how much does a mirror cost at Walmart? And even a cheap side table for the bed?
If you have a high-​powered (1650+ watt) blow dryer, leave it home gals, it doesn’t work in their electrical sockets. They have a blow dryer that puts out more noise than the means to dry your hair. If you must blow dry your hair, consider doing it elsewhere or invest in product to deal with your frizz.
The quality of their towels was bottom of the line, as was their bedding. We had a king bed with only 2 king size pillows and 2 standard size (v. 4 king size pillows).
When we tried to get on the internet, it wasn’t available past 9pm. Wha??? You’d think that the standard provision when you stay at a place like this is ²⁴⁄₇ service. You’d think that you’d get basic cable stations. You’d think that the bathrooms would be clean, and you’d think the room would be fresh or at least neutral smelling.
If it were possible to write a review without one star, this would be it. Folks, we thought because it was rated #17 out of 32 motels in Eugene, it would be pretty good. What does that tell you about their rating system? Pass on this place.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I’m a traveler who basically wants to pay the least amount I can for a safe and clean room to sleep. I don’t need or want to pay for amenities. I was taking the train so this hotel was super convenient to the train station (and it’s also close to police station). I took a cab (cab drivers also very nice) but if I didn’t have luggage it could have been walked (I think it’s about ½ mile). The room was cute and clean with some fun wooden paneling that made it look almost cabin like in the bathroom (that had a nice tub!). Microwave and fridge, hairdryer, coffee pot. Don’t expect a big breakfast — this is old school continental style like the roadside motels — coffee, juice, some pastries and whole fruit on a little table at the check in desk. Owners super nice and very helpful.
You are walking distance to restaurants but I found many of them closed at 9pm on weeknights. That’s ok — the hotel supplied a book of one of those delivery services that will pick up from any restaurant. There were a few open until 10pm. The hotel itself has houses around it and it’s near a freeway ramp so although it appears isolated if you don’t have a car — there are things that are walking distance — but you have to walk a few blocks. Get a map from the hotel or look online (they provide free wifi). There were some things closer than I realized when I woke up and could see them in the daytime.
I got a deal through one of those online places… orbitz I think. But I was very happy with what I got for the money.

So gross. I tried to champ it out. But I just could not. Too many marks against it by my standards.
I am not sure how it gets good reviews.
Human hair on the floor and the bathtub.
Coffee spilled down the door and on the stoop.
Boxes piled up outside by the ice machine.
Dingy and dark.
Mirrors were so muddled you could barely see and mounted so high if you were under 6ft tall no way you could see in them.
And if that was not enough…

The layers revealed urine stains on the spreads, and mold stains on the sheets.

About a five to ten minute walk from Amtrak Station. If I’m taking the Amtrak Coast Starlight north to Seattle, I like to overnight here and then catch the 9:00 AM «Cascades» train north. Very clean and convenient.

I’ve stayed here a few times, and it’s mostly ok, given how bleak hotels in Eugene are generally, but it’s a little bit expensive for what it is.
The last time (about 4 years ago) they put me in a very noisy room right by the road and woudn’t change my room, even though it was midweek and they were mostly empty; that’s the kind of thing that would cost them nothing and get a lot of loyalty, but they dropped the ball.
I’d stay there in a pinch, but have other hotels in Eugene that I prefer.

I stayed here on my way to Washington and had a great two night stay. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet, the cleanliness of the hotel and the great low rates. It is located in downtown Eugene, close to Hult Center and the Fairgrounds. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler coming through Oregon.
