Lithia Fiat of Eugene

We’ve just purchased a 2016 Fiat 500 (1957 Edition), and we’re enjoying this new smaller vehicle which we’re planning to tow behind our motorhome. However remarkable was the entire sales experience, dealing with Asher Vidos. Here is a true sales professional — one who takes the time to listen to your requirements, and responds with a deep product knowledge. He was extremely pleasant to deal with, even though our search involved quite a number of visits to the dealership, and even some delays for which we were responsible. Perhaps most impressive was finding the after-​sale support here is also outstanding. Highly recommended!

I actually just drove down to Lithia Fiat, from Portland, JUST to take a peek at their inventory compared to Tonkin Fiat. I was greeted by sales person Asher. He was great, not pushy at all, really laid back and real. I don’t like being pressured, or hearing schpeels from sales people, it shuts me down real quick. But Asher was very pleasant. And I was so impressed with lengths Asher went to, to find me the PERFECT Fiat, and with the rate the finance associate Chris was able to get me… I BOUGHT ONE that same day. I am so pleased with my car. It really is my dream car, and these guys at Lithia are wonderful!

Zero Stars. Stay Away.
Recently went shopping for a Fiat Pop for my wife and our first stop was the local Lithia Fiat in Eugene. Bad move.
First off. there was no Fiat sales staff available on a Sunday afternoon and had to call Lithia Dodge to send someone over to help us out. The salesman had scant knowledge of Fiat and remarked that they only had one salesperson for Fiat and he needed at least one day off a week. So we were taken to Lithia Dodge to test drive a Fiat. Dodge Dealer?! More like a dingy trailer with torn up seats and camo-​wearing salesmen — not exactly the urban, hip and modern I wanted from Fiat.
When we finally test drove a Fiat in the color and interior we wanted, it had a creaky front brake! Our salesman said it would be fixed — but c’mon if there’s a problem with a «new» car why would anyone buy it? The price quoted was also much higher than what I had found outline, but try telling that to these guys and they rattle off «We got the best prices in the Northwest» — No you don’t, I googled it. Needless to say we left the dealer feeling like the whole place was a joke.
We got a call later in the week from the actual «Fiat» guy and he cemented the zero star rating for this place. He told us the car we drove was perfectly fine and that we probably just «heard wrong.» He went on to say that if we wanted that color and interior he could order one, but we would need «to promise and commit to» buying it before he did so. Since when do you commit to something over the phone?! Again, this place has no sense of professionalism or customer service and is a poor excuse for a dealership.
Do yourself a favor and drive to Portland or California and get the service you deserve. We went down to California and got a much better deal and were treated much, much better — because if you’re gonna buy a new car you should be pampered not treated like second rate customers.
