The worst and most expensive pedicure I have ever received. $ 27 and it looks horrible!

Don’t go here it is not worth it. He won’t do specialty designs or properly do pedicures. I would recommend going somewhere else that is more student friendly and makes the time I’m there a better one.

What a disaster. I have never been so anxious to leave a nail appointment. From start to finish it was awful. The space he works in is super tiny and really dirty. I don’t mean messy but actually dirty. Obviously I was grossed out and worried that I would end up with some fungal disease. He is not a clean person at all and that’s something that is important to me for anyone cutting my hair, waxing, nails, etc. It’s kind of a basic expectation to be clean when you’re touching someone else. He has very limited nail colors to choose from and didn’t seem to understand what I was looking for. I just wanted a natural gel color and he only had an ugly taupe. After realizing that’s all he had I said ok. Fast forward, he ended up putting pink on my nails anyway and by then I was already so unhappy I just wanted it to be over with so I didn’t say anything. He charged me $ 60 for a pedicure (regular) and gel nails. I have no idea if that’s a good deal or not as I recently moved here from NY and the prices here are way more than what I paid there.
I had been reading all the rave reviews about him on Unilocal and figured they must be right. They’re not. I have no idea who these other people have been going to but it can’t be the same person. When I told him I wanted to get the calluses on my feet taken off he started rubbing my feet so hard with the pumice stone that days later I still have cuts on my feet. He burned my leg with a hot towel — really burned not just kind of hot. He cut the cuticles on my fingers until they bled. I now have polish all over my nails as if a child painted them. Not only did he paint the wrong color on them but they are gloppy and uneven with more paint on the front than the back of the nail. My toes have paint all over the cuticles and as I said before are cut.
What a joke. Definitely not going back and won’t trust Unilocal for future reviews.

All I have to say is BEST NAILS IN TOWN! I’ve been going to Brandon for the past 13 years and he’s AMAZING! Brandon does such a wonderful job. He’s always on time and works around this schedule to fit you in. Your not waiting around with an appt. for 10 – 30 minutes like the salons in the mall. He treats everyone like family and you leave as his Best Friend.

Well I just took myself and my sister to see Branden and he did an awesome job. Mine was a Polish change and hers was a new set of nails we where in and out in about 45 minutes.

All the positive reviews are accurate. I took my daughter to get her nails done before a dance. He did a great job — nice person!

Brandon did an amazing job on my nails and I highly recommend that you go see him. I previously had my nails done at fantasy nails on 11^th Avenue and they were horrible and would not fix them. Thanks to Unilocal I found Brsnfon. Love my nails!

I read the reviews and scheduled an appointment. Brandon seems friendly and talks a lot about how great his life and customers are. He also stated many times that he was the best. I left with the skin broken in the quick of two fingers, glue all around my nails and uneven edges. I don’t think I’ve ever been more disappointed (and sore). I definitely will not return and wouldn’t recommend him to anyone!

I have gone to Brandon for the last 10 years. In that time I have tried other nail salons. I always come back. He is not only the best but the nicest. Always makes me laugh and I always leave in a good mood. He is the best!!!

Friendly, and so so fast. But the good kind of fast :). I love my nails, and they were done in less than 30 minutes. Perfect for a lunch break appt! Super nice guy, I found my new nail place!

Apparently i have never really had a proper pedicure before. Which is strange, since I recently moved here from San Diego, where there is a nail salon on every corner. I chose Brandon due to his Unilocal ratings, which did not fail me whatsoever :)
I met with him today for the first time and it certainly won’t be the last. I have NEVER experienced such knowledgeable professionalism! What a treat! Brandon is the consummate professional, is confident and educated, and is efficient, personable and gracious.
I strongly recommend that you treat yourself to a pedicure from Brandon. You are worth it! :D

I found Brandon on Unilocal after I had been going to another nail technician in town. I liked the other technician a lot but 3 of my nails ended up having fungus under them and I felt as though that didn’t matter to the other technician. NOTE: I did my own nails for over 10 years and I NEVER had fungus so this was huge to me… I am extremely picky about my nails.
Brandon DOES use a Dremel but he is good with it (although his technique with it is original)… He also hand files parts.
Here is the deal — he is FAST — like super fast… and by fast I don’t mean quick and careless. I mean he is a super fast working guy even in the midst of joking around, singing, laughing etc. He has a fantastic accent and is very self deprecating while still being extremely confident. He still tries to sell himself to me talking about his skills even though I have been going to him for a few months now. BUT he won’t waste your time — even with my nitpicking he is quick and thorough.
Don’t be afraid to have him take a breath and fix something if it bugs you… he will do it – even if he jokingly complains… he learns what you like and then remembers it.
He does NOT do all of the cool designs you see in the pictures on here now because he is in his own little space and the air brush would be a MESSSSSS to use in that space. Trust me – from someone who loves nail art — it wouldn’t work in this space. He will do painting (if you coax him or have a special occasion) and acrylic designs just not the airbrush.
I am still working with him on what designs I like etc but he knew a color I loved and even went out and got a brand new copy of the color so he had it when I came in… his customer service is high even though he seems rushed and in a hurry all of the time — he is clearly drinking too much soda HA HA
His pricing is fair — so don’t believe anyone that says he is unreasonable he is not. The nails that he does for me last 3 weeks but I do have slight lift at that point. Other than that he is great. He doesn’t like to pawn you off on anyone when he can’t see you either. He is thorough and really wants his customers to come back.
He texts responses immediately and calls when he is able to in between clients if needed.
Definitely someone I will keep going to.

Brandon is hands down my most favorite nail technician ever! He will design your nails based on what you want them to look like. He works faster than any other person out there but does a way better job. Prices are extremely good for the quality he provides. He is able to put a smile on his clients face. He has his own shop which is a bonus too! I highly suggest going to Brandon!

Great nails… great person… great time! I used to struggle w white lines on the pink fill and even going darker wouldn’t smooth the lines. I was always told it’s because I have thin/​soft nail beds, so I generally resorted to colored gel. Brandon does the French nails on me and they are smooth, thin and slightly narrower at the tip, which looks so so natural. It’s a pleasure when the person that does your nails or hair becomes your friend! I just found out that today is Brandon’s birthday, so it’s the perfect day to write this much-​deserved 5* review! You’re a sweetie, Brandon!

Brandon is AWESOME!!! I travel with my job and originally from the east coast. I went to a salon in town and I was horrified!!! I called Brandon, he fit me in the same day! He is Personable, professional and comical! My nails were a mess from that previous salon and Brandon was like — not a problem I will fix them for you!!! He made them look as though nothing was ever wrong — they are the most natural looking nail I have ever attained from a salon!!! You want good nails, quick service and great humor definitely go see Brandon in Eugene OR!!! Thanks Brandon you are the bomb!!!

Amazing job every time. The nails are super great quality and stay on longer than anyone else I’ve been too. He’s super fast you can be in and out in under an hour. Fun to be around and always gives you what you want.

I’m in the beauty business as well, so I tend to be a picky client. Brandon was very fast. 45 min for full new set, with gel artsy tips. I’m quite impressed

I went to Brandon with high hopes yesterday expecting a great manicure, based on his Unilocal reviews. Unfortunately, I had a very unenjoyable experience. And I’ll say this right off the bat — my shellac manicure has ALREADY chipped. Two nails are completely chipped and there are a few that are beginning to chip. He «ensured me» by doing two coats of the base that it will last a long time. Unfortunately, now I have to go spend another $ 25 somewhere else to get it fixed.
To start off, I arrived and was not welcomed by Brandon — he just turned and said «I’ll be on time» as he was finishing someone else’s nails. Not a problem, just a little weird.
Once he began my manicure, it was going fine until I noticed how dirty his station was. There was a TON of left over nail (powder?) on the table from his previous client. It got all over my hands and overall felt unsanitary.
He filed my nails and buffed them, which was good. He did NOT clip my cuticles — I’ve never had a nail tech not trim them before, so that was unusual. Brandon continuously checked his phone while he was working on my nails, which I usually don’t mind but it seemed that he did not value my business at all.
After doing that, he applied the shellac. It was very quick and he seemed rushed, the whole process was only about 20 minutes. He ended with a quick lotion all over my hands, which smelled nice but was overall unplesant because his hands also were covered in nail-​powder (from filing nails) so it made the lotion feel very «gritty.»
Overall, I do not reccomend and the experience was very unsatisfactory.

Brandon is the best! He always listens to what I want, does beautiful nails and makes sure that I’m happy before I leave. He’s a fun, enjoyable guy that makes getting my nails done something to look forward to. Highly recommend!

Brandon did an amazing job. He was very experienced and could tell my acrylics were lifting and redid them al instead of just doing a fill. They look so great and was very nice in a single studio which was very relaxing. I will be back.
