Sara in the print department went out of her way to make my experience printing my wedding invitations fantastic. Shes very friendly & has great attention to detail. Fantastic service!

Tried to order online and they lost my order. Had no record of it, and made me pull up proof that I had paid online using my cellphone. Never again.

This Office Depot is a great and friendly group! The workers are nice and very helpful. I had some questions to ask and they helped me out quick. I will be returning for business here. Sara and Jake were the people who helped me out they did a great job

Bought a $ 180 office chair after sitting it in the store and was satisfied with the comfort and build quality. Got it home and followed the assembly instructions to the letter. Everything went together fine except where the chair seat met the piston was loose. This let the whole seat portion of the chair wobble from side to side very uncomfortable! I fiddled with it for awhile and gave up.
I took it back a while later and show them the wobble, they had the guy that builds the chairs take a look. I get called back saying my chair is fixed. I got there and sit in it, and it still wobbles. I ask about this and they said they «put a new plate on it» whatever that means, and nothing else they can do… just the way the manufacturer made the chair. They are busy, and i didn’t feel like getting into it.
I get the chair home, and I really don’t think they did anything it just as bad as it was.
Went back a day later, and said that I was done trying to make the chair work. Got a full refund on an Office Depot gift card, and am very satisfied.
