I love the thought they put into creating great soup. Really enjoy the potato soup. Great looking truck.

There’s a new food truck in town. It’s okay. Soup Street Company has choices for vegans, vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. I tried the potato, broccoli and cheese soup. Rich and flavorful, but served room temperature with a tiny square of house-made focaccia. The other soups on the menu that day were carrot and cilantro, tomato basil and ham/lentil/vegetable. They offered one organic tossed salad. Choices for sandwiches include white beans, Swiss chard, roasted garlic and herbs(sounds yummy) or a grilled cheese with tomatoes and grilled onions. For sweets, you could order rice pudding or an oatmeal cookie. I picked the latter, and the delicious lavender cream cheese frosting just couldn’t save a very dry cookie. They’re very new, finding spots around the city. Their only regular gig is at Oakshire Public Brewing House on Mondays. In truth, I would not look them up to find this food. But if I were at a pub and hungry, I wouldn’t kick them out of bed either.
