Top Dog Eugene is owned and operated by Steve Walker, a lifetime Oregonian and a resident of the Eugene-Springfield area since 1975. A recent refugee from corporate America, Steve has the time and desire to work with you and your pets to assure their health, happiness and general well-being.
As an animal lover all his life and a pet owner for most of his life, Steve believes we have a huge obligation to nurture our domesticated animals because they depend on us for everything. Caring for our cherished pets, to the best of our ability, is the least we can do for the unconditional love they give us.
