Outstanding! I screwed up replacing a light fixture and wanted to make sure that the sparks and smoke hadn’t damaged the wiring in the ceiling. Paul arrived at our house in less than an hour and finished the job in less than 20 minutes. New fixture installed and all of our questions answered. I will call these guys again. Friendly, professional, and fast!

They were good at first. Worked on our home electrical systems. Could have communicated better but still had good service. But then their communication went downhill. They were irresponsible. I’d look elsewhere for electrical work.

I used Alpha & Omega to install a new weather head and meter.
They showed up on time and were very efficiant. They had all the work done and the power back on in no time. I actually think the place was cleaner after they left than when they arrived. I am definately going to be using them on my next electrical project

Great response when asking for an estimate. Knowledgeable and pleasant young man came out to our home to get an idea of what we needed then left saying his boss would email the quote. A week later I call the boss (Nathan) and he fumbles a bit making excuses for his tardiness with followup then promises me the quote within 24 hours. Well, that was nearly two weeks ago and I still don’t have their quote! Must be nice to be so busy that you can blow off new business.
Too many professionals out there to have to deal with jerks.

Nathan, at Alpha Omega Electric, fails to take responsibility for his poor judgment. Years past, was reliable, but now, «no show», and no call.
Failed to stand by his written bid for work. Halfway through, says his bid was «horribly under», and expects me, the homeowner, to pay triple to his employee. While Nathan, wrote the bid, he shirked his responsibility to fairly compensate his worker. Poor integrity!
I was left with delays, and triple costs, after his worker walked off, understandably, because Nathan refused to take responsibility for his own written bid. Nathan attempts to shift the blame to others, when he really owes others for all the money we are out of, due to him.

I have known about Alpha and Omega Electric for about 10 plus years and have had the opportunity to refer them to friends and business associates. Six years ago when I purchased my home on Capitol Hill I was concerned about the knob and tube wiring my home had. Nathan and his team came in and inspected the wiring, repaired the hazardous wiring and made some other small repairs. His team was neat, respectful of my home and got the job done on time. I continue to refer Nathan and his company and know they do great work.
