Grove and Kane

So. I’ve only had a facial one other time at Gene Juarez. Initially, that was going to be my first stop. Then, I decided to do some research and I found this little gem and paid them a visit! Rachel booked me for Friday she was super sweet and listened to my skin concerns then told me what facials she thought I should consider. We booked then when I had to cancel last minute she was totally cool about it and scheduled me for Saturday.
I loved their spot! It’s a cute rustic yet modern place. Really clean and professional! Rachel greeted me at the door. I filled out my forms and she went over it with me and checked out my skin. She then suggested I try microdermabrasion and I was so excited!
The whole experience was super relaxing. Rachel was so informative and easy to talk to! She made the whole time just fly by and made it so enjoyable. It was a nice getaway from my crazy kids.
Afterwards. My skin was flowing. So soft and dewy. Today when I woke up I’m just blown away. My texture has changed overnight. These bumps that have been bothering me… FOREVER. Are gone. Like. ALL GONE. My blackheads which were a major concern for me too are probably. Cut in half. I have many many many small blackheads around my mouth.
This was from one session! I’m blown away! I was totally not expecting that. I was expecting to have a few sessions and have it improve over time. This is ridiculous! I had to write this review and just rave.
I highly recommend this facility and Rachel! Super super super impressed. This just blows the pants off of Gene Juarez. Thank you Rachel! I can’t wait to see you again!

You can’t beat the $ 34/​month facial!
I got my very first facial from my esthetician Rachel and I am so glad that I found her. I was completely new to skin care and very nervous about any thing done to my face but Rachel does an amazing job of explaining every step of the work that she is doing and the products that she is using on my skin. She checks in at each step and makes any adjustments I need. My skin was changed after the first visit and I can see that it is only getting better. The products that they sell are also very reasonable priced which allow you to continue to see results between visits. The place is peaceful, with great ambience. I highly recommend going in to see Rachel.

AMAZING. Grove and Kane was my first ever facial and I am hooked. My esthetician Jessica always takes the time to ask very specific questions and really listens to my responses. Before going here I had no idea what to do with my skin. I was one of those Macys department skin care users and I really didn’t know why or what each item was doing for my skin. I love their PCA products. Did you know moisturizer isn’t just to moisturize? It actually creates a barrier over your skin to help protect from damage… if I knew this I would have been using it years ago.
This place is great, beautiful facility, knowledgable staff and most of all super affordable. Call and make an appointment with Jessica you won’t be disappointed. Your skin will thank you.
PS– Did you know your skin is the largest organ of your body? Yeah I def didn’t treat it so great till I found this place.

The estheticians are all very knowledgeable and really nice. Calming music and great products added to the general ambiance of serenity. Rachel is great at what she does, will be a repeat customer for sure.

I finally found a facial treatment skin place that I am comfortable with. Extremely friendly staffs and they take time to listen to your concerns on the facial products and answer your questions. I will highly recommend anyone that want to get a facial treatment.

In one word… Incredible!!! Grove and Kane offers a very unique combination of all natural products and upscale services for a fraction of the cost you will pay at a spa. They really care about your skin and go to great lengths to provide the most beneficial services and home care at reasonable prices. My esthetician, Rachel, has transformed my skin. She is very conscientious about letting me know about each product being used and how it will benefit my skin. Add to this the earthy ambience and a monthly facial for $ 36…and I am hooked!
I highly recommend checking it out for yourself!

I love G&K! They do such an amazing job and are worth every penny. I see Jill and she is personable, sweet, and flexible (which is awesome!). My skin has never looked and felt better. If you are wanting the best skin of your life, this is the place to go.

I LOVE Grove and Kane! I had previously had 1 facial in my life (it was before my wedding a couple years ago from a different spa) and I was hesitant to try Grove & Kane because I wasn’t super impressed by how my skin felt after that facial… but now I’m hooked!!! The first time I had a facial at Grove and Kane it was from Karen and she is the sweetest and most wonderful woman and I really really enjoyed it! The next few times that I’ve been in since then, I’ve only worked with Jill and she is the INCREDIBLE. She is so awesome and thorough but gentle so when you leave you feel like a new person. My skin is soft, my pores look amazing and I got a new facewash and a toner and let me tell you, my skin has NEVER looked better.
I can’t say enough great things are Grove and Kane! Try them out!!! You will be hooked like I am! THANK YOU Jill & Karen! You two are awesome!!!

I love the ladies from Grove & Kane! I was referred by a friend and I am so happy I tried them out! I have always dealt with acne and was very hopeful when I came to G&K and met Karen and Jill. I have been seeing Jill every 4 weeks for the last 6 months and I can’t believe the progress I have seen with my skin! The PCA skin products are amazing and extremely active I must note. So the first few months my skin purged and broke out quite a bit. But with Jill’s confidence and my hopefulness I stuck with it and I’m so glad I did.
It’s definitely a no brainier becoming a member. An amount is automatically deducted from your account each month and is used towards any treatment you schedule and/​or product purchased. There are also great perks each month. (I.e. Free treatments, and special offers on products)
I can keep going on and on about how great G&K is and how thankful I am for Jill and her faith in my skin!

I have seen Jill at least five times now. My treatments are making a noticeable difference in sun and age spots on my face. I’m happy to be a member, going regularly once a month. Jill is very professional and reassuring, making me feel comfortable and relaxed. I will continue to go to Grove and Kane and would recommend it to others as the perfect place for skin care and products that work.

Take it from me, a former skincare product junkie. This is a fantastic place for a facial and great advice/​products for your skin. I went to Karen for a free consultation and facial because my skin felt leathery, bumpy and just unhealthy. I was unable to manage it myself using products I’d find myself or through retail advice at a local retail makeup chain or stores.
The Grove and Kane space itself is super modern, hip, clean, simple. The consultation and facial were very informative. Karen told me what was going on every step of the way and gave me lots of tips and information. She recommended a PCA Skincare regimen at the end of our appointment. I went with most of it and have been using the products for a month now. They cost about the same as the Dermalogica, La Roche Posay, Peter Thomas Roth, Lancome products I had used in the past. She even made herself available when I had post-​facial questions.
BEFORE the appointment, I would normally wear medium to heavy foundation and powder to balance out and hide my skin. Pores, discoloration, etc. AFTER my facial, I haven’t worn ANY foundation or powder… that’s how good my skin looks!!! And it’s been a month since my facial. My 40-​something-​year-​old skin has never looked this great. Ever. I am so happy! I intend to go back and see Karen again.

Karen is the best. She is not only knowledgeable and passionate about skin care, she is also one of the sweetest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I love that she is not pushy with products or services, she simply makes a suggestion and lets you make the decision– how it should be! The environment she provides is comfortable and clean, and she is so friendly it always puts me at ease.

I just had to update my review! My last review was for my mom’s treatment. She loved it so much I decided to go try it myself! And I have to say «wow.». Karen was so knowledgeable and skilled with her treatment. The environment is so calming and relaxing. I’ve had treatments done at other places but Grove and Kane is on a different level. For Karen, she is truly there to educate her clients about skin care. She looked at my skin, told me what could be improved, and customized my treatment. My skin felt so amazing afterwards, and it felt even better the next day. I had multiple people tell me my skin was glowing! Can’t wait for my next treatment!

So much fun! Karen gave me and my fiancé a facial and it was sooo relaxing and informative! It was both our first time and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The facility is so clean, calm, and inviting. She gave me specific recommendations after listening to my skin woes and gave me a personalized plan. I can’t wait to try it out her products at home!

I had a wonderful facial at Grove and Kane today! I was initially hesitant because I have never gotten a facial before and was unsure what to expect. Meeting Karen, however, put my mind at ease. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and was patient enough to answer all of my questions. She explained the process and the products (ingredients, how it will help my skin, etc), which I appreciated. The facility itself is really nice, relaxing, and clean. I came with a group of friends and it was a fun group outing! Even the guys had a great time and admired their skin after — we were all glowing! I wanted to wait until I had seen Karen a few times before writing my review, so I can give you my honest and thorough opinion about Grove and Kane.
Karen hands down is the BEST. My best friend and esthetician moved to California last year, and I never thought I’d find a replacement that could compare to her so I stopped looking, until four months ago when my skin was getting a little out of control. Being in my 20’s I thought puberty was done harassing me, but late January my skin went from mostly clear (except for a few acne scars from my past) and dewy to dry as a dessert and breaking out. I tried to stay in denial as log as I could stand it, but mid February I hoped on Unilocal with the hope of finding someone awesome to help me with my dilemma. I came across Grove and Kane, even though there weren’t many reviews (yet) it was close by and had 5 stars. I hopped on their website and scheduled a facial and a brow wax. Anyone who knows me also knows that I don’t just let anybody touch my eyebrows! To be honest I wasn’t 100% sure I was going to let her do it, but I wanted to meet Karen and check out her eye brow style before making any final decisions.
Okay, fast forward to my appointment day. I showed up a few minutes late, because I’m one of those terrible people that has no grasp on time, but she was at the front desk and greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile. My first impression of the spa was that it felt really inviting and refreshing. Everything was nice and organized, it was immaculate and smelled lovely. Karen introduced herself and handed me some paperwork to fill out, it was mostly consent forms and past skin history etc. after filling everything out, she took me back to the treatment area and we sat and talked about my history, treatment, and she answered all the questions I had with great knowledge and detail! This woman knows what she is doing, and that’s no lie. The entire facial experience was so relaxing, and I felt like I was talking to someone I had known in a past life. I will keep going to see Karen for as long as I live in the state of Washington, and I encourage you to do the same!

Jill was amazing and so knowledgeable! I bought the membership which, I think, is a great deal! I’m so excited to be going back every month. My face was immediately noticeably improved.

I cannot believe the affordable prices for truly luxurious treatments! Every twenty-​something should start caring for their skin with the guidance of the girls at Grove and Kane. High –end skin care seemed out of reach before I discovered this business, and I am so pleased with all the results I’ve seen! $ 160 for a tub of La Mer? Thanks, I’ll just get several treatments from Karen instead!

This place is a pleasant surprise! Not only does Grove and Kane have easy I-​5 access, but it is a rare gem you would not expect to find in Everett. I love to be pampered, but to see and feel the changes in my skin is so exciting! I can’t wait for my next visit!

Everyone needs help with their skin, this is the place to go! Karen is a licensed Estitician and graduated with her master from one of the best schools; Paroba College in Everett.
I can attest that this woman KNOWS WHAT SHE IS TALKING ABOUT! She is passionate and incredibly knowledgable when it comes to ingredients and customizing her treatments and «homework» to fit her clients needs. Gently she guides you through the process and educates you on the steps and products she uses. In NO way does she push you to buy product, all she desires and delights in is your healthy skin.
Today I had a microderm… which means a little deeper exfoliation, hydration and treatment. The entire process took under an hour. The exfoliation head can be customized according to how sensitive your skin is, and since mine is HIGHLY SENSITIVE, she used the lightest head. I have never had a microderm before but after this, I want them all the time! It was extremely relaxing!
She finishes with layers of skincare (serums, moisturizer, spf and eye cream) from PCA Skincare that she sells in-​house.
Prices are extremely doable, especially for high-​tech treatments such as this. Come here! Try her treatments! You won’t regret it!
