Had never been to Puget Park Dental before I bought a Groupon coupon for a discounted cleaning. At time of cleaning was informed that a cavity needed filling and a crown put on. Had crown installed, it fell off two weeks later. Dr Kant informed me that the crown wouldn’t hold and that the next best thing was a dental implant. Having already spent $ 2200 on the crown, she quoted another $ 4500 for the implant. I decided to get a second opinion and used another dentist for the implant, price $ 2100. Not satisfied.
Would like to correct pricing. It was not $ 2200 on crown. It was $ 1100. My mistake.

Love this place! Dr. Kant and her staff are awesome. Having cavities is the worst but every time I come back they take care of me and I feel good about my health when I leave. Thanks again for another great experience!

Wow, what a great experience! I’ve been to 5 different dentists in the 15 years I’ve lived in the area and the Puget Park Dental staff is the best! They are very professional, thorough, gentle and they have their own dental insurance which is better than Delta Dental Ins.
The office and patient areas are spotless and beautiful, very calming. I’ve had cleanings, cavities filled and a cap replaced-​all done to perfection. I highly recommend them.

My first time coming to Puget Park Dental and Dr. Kant was so friendly with my Invisalign consult. She gave me tons of information on the differences between braces and Invisalign. I recommend Puget Park Dental to anyone looking for a awesome dentist!

I always have a great experience here at puget park dental. I am always seen promptly at my appoinment time and the staff are professional and very friendly. In particular, Dr. Kant has a great bedside manner and takes the time to answer questions. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a good dentist in Everett.

The Puget Park Dental staff was happy to accommodate me after hours for my tooth emergency. They were closing their office at 2pm and I called around 1:45pm. The girl who answered the phone was glad to pencil me in right away. She was very nice over the phone and took all the information right over the phone. Once I got to the clinic, the staff was very nice and very information. I was also seen right away without any wait They took their time and didn’t rush the appointment. The best part was that the doctor and her husband stay back for me and even called in my prescription at the nearest pharmacy around my home.
This office is amazing and by the far the best dentist office I have ever been to.

This is one of the WORST dental offices I have ever been to. Beware if the staff tells you a procedure or X-​ray is covered! You’ll end up paying through the nose!!! The dentist actually was nice and seemed knowledgeable, however the office staff was the rudest I’ve ever felt with. She was the one who verified my benefits and when I questioned a 600.00 X-​ray fee she had told me was covered she became belligerent and hung up on me! Do yourself a favor and pass this one by!!!

By far the best dentist I have visited. The staff is friendly and great to converse with, it’s always a comfortable experience, and I will continue to make the hike from where I live to get my dental work done here.

I have been a patient at Puget Park dental for a couple of years now and decided it was a good time to write a review. First of all, I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the front office, especially Jill. She is so good at getting back to me quickly (via email too, which is often so much quicker and easier than calling). Dr. Kant has a calm and gentle way that is so comforting during any trip to the dentist. I am very confident in her and am happy I finally found a dentist I like and feel like I can trust. Recently I had an appointment that I had to keep cancelling and rescheduling… for a myriad of reasons… illness, conflicts with kids schedules, work etc… I felt terrible but the office continued working with me and were very understanding. I would recommend this office and have done so to many already.

I just want to give a huge thank you to Dr. Kant and the whole staff at Puget Park Dental. I was having the worst wisdom teeth pain of my life, and Dr. Kant gave me her personal number and extracted it on a Sunday (when they were closed) and as early as possible for me. Seriously… amazing! She is so sweet and the whole staff is the best. Jill, the office manager called and checked in on me to see how I was feeling a few times. Which was so nice. The office and chairs are so clean. I usually hate going to the dentist but not anymore thanks to this awesome dentist and her staff. I couldn’t have asked for a better visit!

These girls really know how to make you comfortable while in the chair. Very clean and inviting office in an easy to find location. The only place to go for your dental needs.

I used a groupon for teeth cleaning. They polished and flossed teeth. I was told i would need a deep cleaning that would cost over 3000 dollars. Good dentists do for 200 dollars what she wants to charge for a deep cleaning. I noticed the chair and equiptment were dirty and needed to be wiped down. She said oh we are very busy dont have time for that. The groupon deal is a scam. Many other dentists out there not trying to scam patients.

I was looking for a new dentist and when I saw this place on groupon, I decided to give it a try. Its tucked back in an Albertson’s shopping center, but the staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. I only had to wait a few minutes to be seen my the dentist and they did a very through cleaning of my teeth. The entire staff was pleasant and the facility was clean. The dentist answered all of my questions as well. They have great hours and I can’t wait to go back again.

Had my teeth cleaned by the dentist herself. Great service when I was there even thought other reviewer did not feel the same way. Would go back if lived in that area still.

I recently stopped going to this dentist. I have had a couple of problems here but kept going here just because the cost of fillings was slightly cheaper. However, it is not worth it at all. My first problem was when I was getting my wisdom teeth extracted, I was told a certain price quota and as I was in the middle of getting my teeth extracted the office lady came to me and told me the prices are actually higher. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. All they seem to care about is money and how am I supposed to stand up for myself when I have 6 shots already in my mouth?! Another problem was that my bite for my fillings have been off multiple times and the lady in the office named Jill that I had to communicate with in regard to this problem, is not very professional either. She comes off as rude and also argued with me telling me nothing could be done about the fillings because it was past a certain time. I believe the doctor actually knows what she is talking about but if she wants to keep her business going well, I suggest getting a new lady at the front desk.

I originally wrote my review in Jan 2013 after a visit in Dec 2012. I am updating and downgrading now, in Nov 2013 after recent communication with this dentist’s office. My original rating was ³⁄₅.
I had planned to go back to this dentist, and had an appointment for late June 2013. I found out I had another medical condition, and decided to cancel the dental appointment for June. I received a call a few weeks later asking if I could explain why I cancelled. I decided I did not want to disclose so declined to comment.
On Oct 29, 2013, some 10 months after the treatment and my initial review, I received an email from Jill Spinelli, the office manager. She had read my review and wanted to address a couple of my comments.
1. She explained that she was out of the office during the time of scheduling my visits, and the people covering appointments were trying to be thorough — hence the repeated requests for clerical information.
2. She claimed she assumed I did not have insurance because I purchased a Living Social voucher, and that is why I was offered insurance. I am dubious of this because I was not offered insurance by her, it was someone else in the clinic who offered me insurance.
Here’s the main point that has caused me to downgrade my rating. Quote from her email.
«We pride ourselves on providing amazing patient care and going above and beyond what is required in a dental setting. We were taken aback by the review posted on Unilocal and wanted to know if, perhaps, you had a better understanding of why what happened, happened (obvious typo) this may change your viewpoint.»
Seriously? Taken aback by a ³⁄₅ rating? I thought that was pretty good given the clear incompetence of the office operations. There were ratings of ¹⁄₅ prior to my review.
I have moved out of the area now, but even if I hadn’t I would never consider going back to this clinic. It’s a pity that the office operations are such a mess because I think the dentist is actually pretty good.

I’m sure the dentist is good unfortunately I never had the chance to find out. After buying a group on teeth cleaning coupon and to find a new dentist I called ahead and was 10 minutes late. Jill smuggly told me my appt. Was canceled and my group on was invalid. She either hates group on or men. I tried to call back for a refund and she hung up on me. I truly tried to be diplomatic and driving an hour to get there had no bearing on her swift decision. She informed me «they don’t need the business». You reel what you sow. Poor doctor is in trouble! But it sounds like a scam to up sell the clients and they treat group on customers awful!

I never write reviews but I felt compelled after my cleaning !! I have never been to a funner Dentist or had more explained to me than here! Thank you Dr. Kant for taking the time to explain gum disease and the REASON we getit, not just the treatment after. I will tell my co-​workers about you guys and my husband will see you next week!
