Ryan’s RV Town

I contacted Ryan via Unilocal email on a weekend, looking for someplace to have my RV detailed (exterior) and a couple of odds and ends taken care of. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply on that same weekend and an appt made for the work needed. They did a great job and my RV looked practically new again. Even though I only requested an exterior detail, I was pleasantly surprised to have the inside cleaned up and clock fixed (that I hadn’t requested). I’ll be back for my RV needs.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Had an issue that was not because of Ryan’s, and he made it right!!! Best customer service ever in a very stressful situation. Thank you Ryan and Steve for being awesome, understanding, and so helpful!!! Never going to that big box camping store again if you guys can do the work. THANK YOU!

Took our Sprinter van up to Ryan’s RV Town this week to have 110v outlets installed. It was a fantastic experience. Technician Bill did an expert job with the installation, exactly to our specifications, and the total cost came in under what they originally quoted. We could not be happier.

We rented a motor-​home from Ryan’s RV. It was an excellent experience.
We got a great deal on an almost brand new motor-​home. I couldn’t believe that it was a rental! So clean and really like brand-​new!
A super friendly «Kelly K», showed us all the features and went through the motor-​home until we felt very comfortable with it. I wouldn’t have felt as comfortable if he hadn’t spent so much time to review things. Great service!
Our family had a GREAT TIME using for almost a week. My kids are now bugging me to buy a motor-​home for ourselves!

If you’re in the market to purchase an RV, this is probably not the best place to start. My partner and I wandered the lot, deliberately in front of the sales office window, for a long time, but nobody came to help us. So we went into the office, and the only salesperson there seemed disinterested in helping us. We inquired about an RV that was on the lot. At first he told us it was a rental and therefore not available, but then told us that it would be available next week. He said their prices were not flexible. When I mentioned that I might seek other options, such as traveling to another city to pick one up, he disparaged the idea openly, saying that I would probably end up with a smelly vehicle and would regret it. That’s not good customer service.

If you do a cost comparison with Cruise America, you’ll find for the same price you can rent an rv that doesn’t embarrass you when you drive in the camp site. Rented a Newer Winnebago with only 25k miles… No issues… Easy rental… Nice staff… No complaints. Not too many places rent anymore so book early!!!

Initial experience seemed great. Friendly staff. Clean RVs. Cab A/​C was not working as we left on a 90 degree day. We were emailed a manual of the fusebox and directed to a fuse and relay we might try to replace. We stopped twice looking for the relay, purchased it and it did not resolve the problem. We were told we would get credit for any extra generator use to run A/​C in the back while driving. We turned the RV in after our mellow, uneventful family camping trip. We accessesd the lot after hours with a code provided by Ryan’s RV town. Two days later we were told we had caused damage to the RV and assessed repairs would be $ 775! Completely untrue — there is NO way we did the damage they were alleging. They sent photos which could have been of any RV. Damage is apparently in area underneath, behind back bumper, could easily have been rushed by our unsuspecting eyes during pre-​walk through. So, either the damage was already there, or they are charging us for damage to a different RV other than the one we rented and since we turned it in after hours, what can we do? They DID credit us for the part we purchased, unused miles, and $ 100 customer service credit for the inconvenience of no cab A/​C. Advice if you are renting: go over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb — get on top, underneath, behind areas not visible on a perfunctory inspection and then expect that they will figure out a way to keep some of your damage deposit. Also, mentioning this because it is not on their website anywhere and it would be helpful: RVs are completely empty. No broom, firestick, garbage can, coffee maker, bedding, utensils, paper goods (except toilet tissue), toiletries. Bring it all from home!

Went in to Ryan’s RV service center on 5.26.2015 for my first time at their business and asked them for assistance in getting my Reese tow hitch adjusted to one notch higher so my truck and camper are more level. The gentleman said not a problem and took it down to the garage. About 15 minutes later, had it done. I asked him what I owed (thinking probably at least $ 10), he said it was free!
Very much appreciated that excellent customer service.

We took our 2012 Fleetwood Class A motorhome to Ryan’s RV Town to repair our bumper which was torn in multiple places due to an accident. They did an excellent job completing the work in less than a week. Ryan kept us informed when they finished the fiberglass work and headed to the paint shop. We were very pleased with their work. Quality people and service.

I made the mistake of going to Poulsbo until my family stumbled upon Ryan’s RV just across the street.
The entire staff is customer focused, efficient and cost effective.
I can’t say enough positive things about my experiences with this dealer/​service shop and the same positive feedback from family and friends.
If you need work on your rig of any size, there is no better place to go in the region.

My husband and I visited this lot over the weekend and were very appreciative that we were able to look at any RV that we wanted. All the RV’s for sale had unlocked doors. The low key atmosphere was great and helped us narrow down what we want. The salesman was friendly and best of all, gave us no canned sales pitch. It was a great experience and we will be back soon!

We just picked up our 1992 Dolphin from Ryan’s RV Town after it had some serious water leakage issues above the cab. He originally quoted us $ 4 – 5000 to fix it and then charged us a little over $ 3000 and that included other maintenance as well. He was honest, did good work and we will definitely come to him again for any RV related business.

Great business, I had a motorcycle rack installed in our toy hauler and electric brake controller installed in my truck. The team was easy to work with, professional and I was surprised at the final bill, I expected it to be much higher.
Ryan took time to explain many aspects of the toy hauler to me and took time to go over the electric brake controls.
I go to pick up my truck and trailer and my truck has been washed. It was destroyed this previous weekend when we went riding and it was spotless when I picked up from Ryan’s RV.
Impressive.

We just purchased a used 5^th wheel from Robert @ Ryan’s RV Town. His knowledge & laid-​back approach, along with a quality 5^th wheel, sold us! Ryan, Kelly, Robert & Misty were all so helpful – making sure our rig was ready to go. We are sending our RV friends to Ryan’s RV Town!

After searching over a year to find the perfect used motorhome, we succeeded at Ryans RV Town. Robert and Kelly handled our purchase professionally and made sure the coach was operating properly. So excited to get on the road! Thanks RV Town!

My propane gas would stop intermittently. I was told by the folks that filled propane that it was a regulator. Brought it in and Ryan looked at it and said it was working fine. Told him it randomly quit giving propane. He told me when regulators fail they fail. Suggested it could be propane selinoid valve which was easy to replace. Sold it to me at a very good price and offered to install or I could do it myself and save a few bucks. Got me out the door for way less than I expected but I’ll be back next time my RV needs service. He and his staff are knowledgible and friendly. They seem genuinely interested in helping you fix the RV at the most reasonable price.

was gonna be a 4 but… they tried to talk me into a 1200.00 roof reseal. I already had a quote for 680.00 from place up the street, so that kinda erked me from a 4 star to 3. The work i had done seemed to be just fine only time will tell so the jurys still out for now.

Ryan and his staff is top notch, friendly as heck and they listen to you. I recently bought a pop-​up trailer and I needed a tow wiring system put on my SUV. I went to two other places and they were OK. I went back to Ryan’s RV Town because they spent time with me by looking at what I wanted done and where I wanted things to be attached within reason. Steve Witter one of the tech guys spent time with me by showing me how my new towing system works and the pro/​cons when towing… he even remembered my name at the very end.
They have FREE wifi, coffee/​tea, playroom for kids and a TV to watch while waiting.

I bought my RV new from RV Town in mid 2005, a 23 foot Weekend Warrior toy hauler travel trailer. They have serviced it several times since doing warranty electrical and water damage issues that came from the factory. Weekend Warrior may have gone bankrupt but Ryan’s RV Town has stood by their product and taken good care of us.
They have always done an amazing job for us. I’m writing now as they’ve saved me a couple hours of work tonight by complementary hand washing the RV during it’s latest service.
We had them do an axle flip, and while it cost more than I had hoped, they again did a great job going above and beyond at every turn. They replaced all the hardware that was bent and mushroomed for our safety while lesser shops may have reused parts. I had a three day window before our next trip to get the work done and they pulled off a miracle and were finished in one day.
I can’t say enough about their customer service. It makes me think there should be a six star rating for outstanding here on Unilocal.
Times are tough in the recreational vehicle market, but these guys continue to deliver great service. I wouldn’t hesitate to take my RV to them again as they take care of it better than I would myself!

Ryan has been the service manager at RV Town and is now running the operation. I;ve been going there for service the past 7 years and always came away with quality work at a good price. Very highly recommended!
