Pros: Dr Shields is a skilled Orthodontist. Knowledgeable and skilled staff. Friendly and professional with my child.
Cons: Scheduling can be a pain if you don’t want to take your child out of school for the longer appointments. They are terrible about answering their phone during business hours. Poor communication with parents after treatment starts.

Both of our children have been patients in this practice. My son’s treatment finished, with beautiful results in June. My daughter is getting closer. Her results are dramatic and beautiful as well.
