Use to come in here with a bot friend of mine all the time. Always a good time. Have popped In once or twice recently. Always had a good time. Great servers and awesome drinks. I’ve recommended it a few time to the younger crowd.

I come here as much as I can. I come for all my birthdays! They have a juke box, strong drinks and creative bartenders. Love it!!!

This is a quaint little pub, I stumbled into on Saint Patty Day because O’Donnell was packed on a drenched Saturday evening and I didn’t feel like hiking a mile to park then pay for over priced green beer. So Toby Magee’s was runner up to my second choice of the Irish Pub in downtown Everett which I feared would be the same as O’Donnell’s. Upon entering the pub /eatery, I noticed it wasn’t as crowded as you would expected it to be on St. Patty’s Day but there was a nice size crowd. My date and I found stools at the bar next to the waitress station. The DJ was attempting to keep the spirited crowd energy high by announcing the winner of the«Hot T-shirt» contest among a group of dazzling women. Later the DJ held a similar contest for the men to entertain the women. The owners of Toby Magee’s introduced themselves and thanked us for joining their celebration. Our glasses were never left empty for long even during a short rush of O’Donnell’s wet leftovers found their way from up the street to this humble establishment to finish their celebration. I found the burger I had was very tasty and the staff friendly, the music enjoyable and danceable. I think I found my new favorite neighborhood watering hole.

We went for St pat’s day and it was fun. It’s a bit of a dive, but it seems clean and i like the christmas balls hanging off the ceiling. the drinks were fine and the greasy cheeseburger was fine and it was just a bar. the owners were husband: charming the crowd with hellos, wife: working her butt off behind the bar.

My wife and I went to this bar for years, but this place’s owners do not respect their regular customers. Cami(Owner) in particular is extremely rude and condescending to her customers. They also constantly go through bartenders, and every few months they end up replacing their entire staff. They have no loyalty whatsoever. We now go to Cactus Moon Saloon, which is right across the street.

Let’s start by saying that, owing to my last name, people call folks in my family«Toby», and I love Irish things… But, my reason for five stars is more a matter of offsetting some old reviews that unfairly put this place down down in 2006. Unilocal,GETWITHIT! 2006 is ANCIENTHISTORY! My thought is, if Toby’s is getting four and five stars in recent reviews, they’re entitled to have these reviews in chronological order, for Pete’s sake!

Tobies is the greatest place on earth. The owners are always there during events like UFCPPV nights(no cover). Surfboards used to be displayed for tastefull graffiti, but not recently though.

My type of place. Very comfortable atmosphere, never crowded to the point of not being able to breathe, accomodating, friendly bartenders — reasonably priced drinks and good specials. A nice place to hang out and drink — also good TVs showing a lot of sports and such. Karaōke on Saturday nights draws a big crowd, but you can have a lot of fun with it. Overall one of the better places to hang out.

Toby’s, ah the drunken nights I’ve spent in this place… It’s kind of a crapshoot on what kind of crowd your going to get here, depending on the month, week, night, whatere; you get your local seedy crusty Everett white trash, your Navy guys n gals, your local Mexican community, your twenty-something weekend-drinkin’ crowd, and your neighborhood regulars. Oh and then there’s the foosball tournament peeps as well. The owners are very cool, and wil hang out and have a drink with ya, and make sure you’re having a good time. There are three pool tables I believe, three dartboards, pinball, two foosball tables, and Karaōke some nights. They also have an outdoor patio where you can take your drink out with you and smoke. If I still lived down the street I would probably still be here way too often, but now I have other watering holes to do that in.

I used to hang out here a lot when I worked down the street and when they had good karaōke. Then the atmosphere changed. Most of the bartenders are cool and make good drinks but there is attitude from the owners and the changed Karaōke to the owners doing it and I liked the old host. I haven’t been back in months and when I am in town this is not where I go.

I used to actually like this place and if writing this review a year ago probably would have given it four stars. Unfortunately I can’t do that anymore. The bar has a lot of nice things about it, pool, darts, and they serve bar food late into the night. Plus the owners are pretty nice and friendly. It usually doesn’t get to packed and they have a nice little outside area for the smokers. The bad things about the bar are why it only gets a two star and why I don’t really go there anymore. The service is super slow and really always kind of has been. I can sometimes accept that at a bar if the drinks are good, and that’s why this place gets the low rating and looses some of my business. They used to make great strong drinks. Now it’s new bartenders who make crappy week drinks and are totally bitches on top of it. I don’t know if it’s the owners deciding to change the drinks or the bitchy watress/bartenders. Nor do I really care that much, the nice thing about bars is there are a lot of them and it’s easy to find one that puts booze in the glass.
