Established in 2011.

Caroline Wagner, broker with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, has extensive experience with selling and marketing homes since 2004. She has an MBA which helps her understand the economics of the housing market. Additionally she speaks fluently German, Spanish and French, which makes it easy for foreigners to buy with her.

I am originally from Germany, where I earned a masters degree in Business Administration. Since then I lived in many different countries among others 15 years in Costa Rica. I worked in real estate for Coldwell Banker and then Christie’s Great Estates, which gave me the utmost experience in the Luxury Market. Speaking fluently Spanish, French, German and English I enjoy to serve people from different places in the world.

Since 2010, my home of choice is Evergreen, Colorado, an absolutely beautiful place to live in. Evergreen is a wonderful community for families and people who enjoy the outdoors with world class ski resorts like Vail/​Beaver Creek and Breckenridge just 45 minutes away. My family and I enjoy skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, golf, tennis and horseback riding, as well as exploring all the beautiful places that Colorado has to offer. Lifestyle in Colorado is just fantastic.
