Established in 1991.

Michael Klukiewski the original owner established select waterproofing in 1991. For 24 years applying quality and cleanliness brings customer satisfaction! In 2004 brought in partner jerome fokas to handle more northern NJ clients. graduating in 1984 and working the heavy highway division of building small bridges, concrete wing walls and waterway inlets, paved the way for basement waterproofing. This is why i can honestly say thier is no competition! In 2006 hired son michael jr. To work side by side to teach him the knowledge that has made this company A+ .now family owned and operated we will keep this company moving forward the way it was built from the begining!

Graduated high school and worked with the highway division building small bridges, water inlets and anything to do with formed concrete. In 1991 started select basement waterproofing and made it into the A+ company it is today! Teaching many personal, skills that will take them through life in a very demanding field to be the best they could possibly be. Office person i am not! I will be at your service with son mike jr.
