I wish I can say good thing about the staff who«talked» with me, I din’t even bother to remember his name but he was no help at all, I called customer service for help they send me to a store now I’m at a store and now they want me to call costumer service. They guy who I spoke with didn’t even dig on how he can help me with my case. When he was trying to look up for my account, he rudely ask«what’s your number?» like how you would ask someone you know and not like a professional sales associate talking to a customer. Lack of knowledge on things probably hold him back. I was there for help and he treated me as if he doesn’t want a customer at their store. I will never ever get help from this store ever again. I thought it’s cool coz it’s convenient to go to, but sorry but not sorry to say that they have horrible customer service! I should have paid attention to the Unilocalers who left negative comments here.

Not pleased. They name of the guy who helped me was Brandon. I don’t know if he was very sleepy or thats just him. Whatever i ask him he turns around and repeat my question to the other associate. Sometimes he just nods his head because he’s to lazy to say«Yes». Two stars only for the store being neat and like an official Att store not an authorized retailer. never coming here again. Although the waiting in the Fair oaks location sucks, but the service is much better.

I love this place, the reps are very helpful and you don’t have to wait an hour before being helped like I had to at the fair oaks mall to get a charger.
