Off-Leash K9 Training

to all of my canine friends please help me get the word out that k9 off leash training has the worst customer service out there and it’s the corporate base.
we did the 2week board and train which turns into 3. get this is was because they wanted him to be rock solid.
it lasted for one week.
we couldnt continue the reinforcement because my dog came home with infected sores on his neck. we didnt get back his blankets, his toys reaping of urine. he was bath by someone before returned. they thought the prongs might have been to long. or that his skin might be sensitive to them yet they didnt change them until the day they returned. the e-​collar we were left with had a charger that would be use on a tiny dog.
so after a couple of days charging the collar it still wouldnt hold a charge. finally after 2 weeks and me calling back to see if it was getting shipped from china. they order it, four days later my charger shows up only to still be the wrong one.
what ever you do dont give a testimony until at least 3 to 4 weeks after you pick up your dog.
because when they come home they are extremely exhausted.
you think its because of the training.
my dog didnt come back with any basic commands as a 100% guarantee
and yes that they dont back.
they scream at you on the phone.
that was joey the manager.
my trainer brandon rogers, just grabbed a shock collar and started shocking the hell out of him. when my dog saw him 4 weeks later he pissed all over himself and rolled over on his back.
my dog hasn’t done that with anyone. not the dog walkers that have been walking him for the last 4 weeks.
i guess its time to call cesar millan. i understand now why he won’t endorse the e-​collar for them.
we have asked to speak to nick white. we’re told it stops here with me and no way will i ever get to speak to nick white.
we even have gone and called 4 other k9 trainers from different states. 3 were really shocked, and said no way was that the foundation in which k9 off lease training is suppose to happen. The last one said they had quite the reputation for that and it didnt supprise them. l
we felt like we have exhausted all means. brandon would tell us he would get us time at the training site, calls us back only to cancel.
this was «refresher“for life».
well thats a joke.
3 times brandon call us would give us a time and day only to call with some excuse.
the last straw was when we couldn’t get the remote to hold a charge we asked brandon rogers if he could come by to see if im doing something wrong because it didnt seem like tank was feeling anything when you would use it. he told US HE WOULD DO A refresher with tank.
no show… no call… no communication at all.
i called his manager joey. who starts yelling at me about how his trainer went way beyond his responsibility. if i have anymore question to call the manufacturer of the e-​collar.
i asked him to stop yelling at me and he hung up the phone.
please make sure you check out were your is being kept.

i’m also told last night by another manager tank mosley that nick white was very aware of what was going on. REALLY? as of today NO contact us.
we’re asking for a full refund.
to all those who breed please let the new owner’s know that the quality in their customer service is the poorest out there and its like rolling the dice weather you get an experience trainer.
So don’t just read a couple of great reviews, i gave them a great view after only being around my dog for 4 hours.
im so sorry for the positive review. because it’s nothin but a nightmare. YOUR PUMP UP, EXCITED TO SEE YOUR DOG, BUT YOUR NOT SEEING THE REAL RESULTS.
so nick white, joey, and whom ever else is envolved. do us both a favor refund my money.

I went to the Woodbridge branch and they were fantastic. Their trainers were able to offer a additional advice outside of the normal curriculum. You have to schedule your reservation in advance but they offer early appointments if you call and check in. Their trainers were able to help my dog master several beginner level tricks and behaviors before our one hour lesson was even over. It was a miracle! I highly recommend off leash k9 training.
