The 5 star ratings are deserved, Peter did a great job! Returned the initial message for an estimate promptly, came on time, and did an excellent job on the carpet. Removed stains, cleaned up embedded cat hair and the carpet looked perfect when he was done. Totally professional and knew what he was doing. A pleasure to deal with!

There is reason Peter gets 5 stars all the time. Professional, courteous and excellent at what he does, with very reasonable pricing. I reached him through Unilocal’s quote and messaging option.
We had some dark stains in addition to the regular carpet cleaning in two large rooms and he took the time to get down with special cleaning sprays and take care of the spots. Most went away and others were largely reduced. Later he even wiped accidental drops of water that had fallen on hardwood floors while filling his machine (which he carried up two flights)!
I would highly recommend using this service for all your home cleaning needs.

I searched and selected this service based on the positive reviews I found here on Unilocal and am happy to say that Peter did a fantastic job on my mom’s house — removing dirt & carpet stains on an old basement rug that I was sure would never come out. I really appreciated Peter’s professionalism and flexibility in scheduling an appointment and also very fairly priced!

Called this morning for cleaning a bedroom and they came out this afternoon. Peter was professional, experienced and gave me a good price. I even added an additional bedroom which he was happy to clean also.

I trusted the other reviews here, and I am very glad I did. My tenant, who basically took decent care of my rental unit, did not leave the carpet in very good shape. In fact, I was worried I’d have to replace it. There were several very dark stains from her dog that I did not think could be removed. But after Peter finished cleaning, the carpet looked very good indeed; he also removed a huge amount of dog hair that I didn’t even know was there. Best of all, the place now smells so much better.
I would highly recommend using Above and Beyond because of excellent service and very reasonable pricing.

Absolutely the best. Peter did a fantastic job — very thorough. And at about half the price of others. And twice as pleasant and professional to deal with. Wish all service providers were like him. I used his cleaning service when I moved out of my apartment and after the frustration with the maid service, Peter’s job helped save my deposit.
I will be using again in the future no doubt.

When we added a new baby to a home already occupied by two adults, two dogs and a cat, things got messy pretty fast!
