They carry a lot of samples and were very nice about letting us take them home and see if what we really liked. We tried dealing with other flooring stores and got the run around. They kept us informed as to when the tiles would be in and set up an install date that worked around our busy schedule. We did have a little issue with getting them to take care of a warranty flaw, but it all worked out and our floor looks lovely.

We had Jones Bros Carpet remove and replace our hall carpet & replace it with laminate. The work was flawless & two years later it still looks great.

Superior product knowledge ??? check samples weekly? Calvin. EVERY sample I picked was discontinued. Every one ! The teenage girl that failed to help me had ZERO knowledge… ZERO knowledge Calvin Cmon. wake up !! Your just blowing smoke. I saw your operation. I sat there patiently while the lady in the office yacked it up on the phone. My review was honest i also saw your empty warehouse. Mainly scraps n remnants. Cmon… Your in denial. Fix it before you loose more business. Don’t make excuses
