A fantastic place for breakfast. Our batters are all made from scratch, every day, and are carefully prepared and blended by hand using only the very freshest and finest quality ingredients available. The original menu of authentic national and ethnic pancake recipes has gained national acclaim and remains unchanged to this day. Specialties include our Dutch Baby and our Apple Pancake.
Our recipes use only the highest quality ingredients such as 93 score butter, pure whipping cream, fresh Grade AA eggs, hardwheat unbleached flour and our own sourdough yeast. The coffee blend we use is specially roasted just for our restaurant. Our ham and Canadian Bacon are naturally hickory smoked, and our smoked bacon is sliced extra thick.

History
Established in 2008.
The Original Pancake House was founded in 1953 by Les Highet and Erma Hueneke. Their original menu of authentic national and ethnic pancake recipes has gained national acclaim and remains unchanged to this day. In 1999, the Original Pancake House received the James Beard Award in the category of «America’s Regional Classic Award».
