I have placed three orders with these folks and only returned to them each time because the quality of their work IS actually good. However, after my latest order was completed in error, and the subsequent dismissive communication with them regarding the error, these folks deserve LESS than a 1 star.
Cutting to the chase… my last order was for 15 hoodie sweatshirts to be embroidered with a company logo, a team name, and a player/coach’s name and number. In an email I explained that since I wasn’t sure which way the hoodie’s left or right side is determined for placement, «please place the player/coach’s name over the heart and the team name closest to the right arm.» They returned a mock-​up of what the hoodie would look like and the player/coach’s name and team name were on the wrong sides.
I emailed them again, asking them to «flip-​flop the two embroidered areas in their mock-​up so the player/coach’s name was over the heart, and the team name closest to the company logo on the right side.» On both emails I had received a reply stating the request was «noted.»
Upon pick-​up, the final product had the team name and individual’s name in the opposite position. I was annoyed, very annoyed.
To the company’s credit, they released the 15 hoodies to my guy picking them up before any payment was made. I truly appreciated that. However, I was sent a full invoice for the job with no apology for the error or an offer to reduce the total due to the error. When I suggested a reduction in price they actually replied:
«What would you suggest? I can’t lose too much. I have not been make any profit on any order from you. I know most of the time is from my end.»
I reminded them their website says…
«Customers recognize the impeccable quality of our work and love our competitive prices. In addition, our friendly and helpful staff will go the extra mile to ensure the job is done right. 100% customer satisfaction: We aren’t happy if you aren’t happy – we always aim to please.»
The hoodies job was originally $ 202, and they eventually offered to take just 10% off! I told them the most I would pay is $ 150 and be glad to be done with them. I am certain I could have paid less, but this wasn’t about trying to get anything free, it was about a company taking responsibility for a job incorrectly completed and their not taking any responsibility for their error.
Steer clear of these folks!
